PFF's QB Annual Report on Allen
Da webster guy replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
it sure is. it basically rounds out to dropping one out of every 5 passes. Oddly, he had our best two catches of the year in terms of difficulty, but he will be out of football if he doesn't cut that number in half. Remember, he never caught any passes in college, the only real film we have on him is what he's done since he's been here, and he dropped quite a few in camp too. More than anyone else for the practices I saw. -
Exactly. Beane loves the short deals anyway vs the log term cap killers that end up w dead money. AJ could be used like a veteran. Reasonable snap count, avoid the middle stuff and the killer hits. I like Dante Fowler over Yannick but either way lets get one of em. Shaq and Phillips are goners I think.

Ed has proven to be an excellent player. Elite production 2nd half of the year on limited snaps, and a few game changing plays, my favorite being the strip sack on Thankgiving day. He was a force on national TV. And he got to sit behind Alex Smith and learn the game his 1st year. It matters. Josh got to sit for like 1 quarter behind Peterman.

I was screamin for that pick. Like I was JuJu when we took Zay. Everything else I'm always dead wrong on but I have a knack for receiver picks. The weird part of that draft is Cody and Knox could both end up sucking or both be reliable productive players. We still don't know. Singletary and Darryl both should have gone higher. Ed obviously a great pick at 10. Sweeney seems very good at getting separation and def was worth a late pick. Best part is we don't draft head cases, so the team is strong and trending up (pay attention Cleveland)

Jacob Hollister/TE - FA Option
Da webster guy replied to BillsDiehard's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
didn't know he played with Josh. also didn't know he was 6'4 245, he seemed undersized to me. another interesting thing about that guy is he was on the losing end of the single biggest play in the NFL this year, the goal line catch vs the Niners where got within a few inches of getting in the endzone but couldn't quite get in. Seattle loses on that final play, which would have dropped the Niners to 5th seed instead of 1st in the NFC. Imagine how much different the NFC playoffs would have gone with Niners on the road for 3 games instead of a 1st round bye and staying home for two. Game of inches. I watched him all year, I think he was more of a result of Russell being great than he was pure skill. A ton of his catches were underneath stuff after Russ pulls a Houdini and hits a quick toss on a broken play. I don't know about his blocking. If he's smart he'll stay right where he is. I see us as Knox, Sweeney, Smith as the starting 3 TE's next year. Croom should be in camp, and we know he's fast and can leap. Knox has to fix his drops or he's not going to make it anywhere. Dude makes circus catches look easy and easy catches look hard. -
FOX Sports tabs Devin Singletary RoTY candidate

I think so too. As long as they can pass protect, which I'm guessing Motor is decent at. One of the many advantages of good running is using that play action pass once in awhile. Keep Singletary on the field and lets get some bigger leads to work with next year so we can run our power back and keep #26 healthy. -
The job is WAY more than money, or at least it is for good commissioners. I think league image, player safety, rule enforcement and changes, discipline, public relations and being in tune with the wants and needs of the fans and athletes are all important. When Roger showed up in WNY at Jim Kelly's golf tourney, he overshadowed the entire event and its cause when he blabbed on about how we need a new stadium to make sure the Bills "remain stable here" Reporters jumped all over that and it made national news, him subtly threatening that the team could be moved. Completely unnecessary bullcrap and drama caused directly by him. That's my problem with the guy, he's a lawyer geek with a poor sense of how to be a normal human being and relate to people and situations. He sticks out like a sore thumb around warm-hearted genuine people like Pegula, Jim Kelly, Kyle etc. When he moves on I'll bet you see a new commish with more personality and people skills. Its important to the owners too i'll bet.

Dont remind about their TE's. If it weren't for that brutal blown coverage pass to Hurst (who by the way Baltimore drafted AHEAD of Lamar) then Jackson would have had about 90 yards passing against us. I wanted that game and BOTH Patriots games back. We're gonna smoke NE next year with or without fagboy at qb.

Who’s the one FA you want in 2020?
Da webster guy replied to McBean's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dante Fowler. Only saw him play twice this year, the guy is so disruptive, reminds me of Von Miller. Rams have cap issues, he's walkin this year, get him to the B-Lo ! -
Yeah I agree, the guy actually shot 5 people in three different instances. Three of them dead. One lost his eye and nearly died. There was a guy in the backseat of the car when Aaron opened fire, apparently he got shot too but lived. He was the 5th. FIVE different people took bullets from that psychopath.

Devin Singletary Highlight Reel
Da webster guy replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah his receiving impressed. Josh isn't exactly throwing softballs out there. Motor and Knox need to work with Josh as much as possible on the short throws this offseason, its gonna be a critical piece of the offense next year. -
The sack numbers were great, but even if PFF is a joke, there has to be SOME merit in their analysis no? PFF gives Jordan Phillips an overall grade of 51.8, which ranks 153rd out of 197 defensive linemen in the league. His pass-rush grade of 60.5 ranks 94th among defensive linemen. Of Phillips' 583 snaps in 2019, 362 were in pass rush (putting him 40th among D-linemen) and 218 were against the run, according to PFF. He played 52.4% of the Bills' defensive snaps.

That juke cut he makes vs Pitt at 4:28 is the nastiest move i've ever seen. Thats a professional tackler and he makes him look like a fool. I wouldnt say he lacks quickness. Definitely would be nice to have a young power back to complement him next year. -
Tremaine Edmunds will be playing in the Pro Bowl
Da webster guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They'd better not or the Predator will feast. What a natural, Bryce Paup like edge guy he could be with some refinement. Bendy, quick, strong. We seem to only blitz him in the gaps but once awhile it would be nice to line him up over a TE and send him. -
Hopefully not. For 1st rounders we hit on Moulds and Lee Evans. Missed on Sammy. (KC $21M cap hit next year omg that dude had better score 5 TD's a game from now on)

Yeah its good, my son and I binged it tonite. It's a wild story. The thing I never realized is the guy shot 4 people, and all of them were premeditated. 3 of them died, somehow the 4th guy made it despite being shot in the face. Remarkable how chilled and joking the guy was on recorded jail phone calls about getting put away for life. Dude never seemed down or lost his sense of humor. Lastly, it was good to see them show the inhumane side of Belichick. Aaron comes to him looking for a trade or to be released to another city because he's in fear of the thugs he wronged. Bill says nope. Aaron hires his own thugs to be bodyguards, and they become his close friends, with him when they drove Boyd to a secluded apot and Hernandez guns him down. AH told his fiancee Bill was the worst coach of all time haha obviously not technically just as a human being. He had Urban Meyer all those years in FL he was used to a kind coach with personality and compassion. He got drafted by smug Bill and mullet man Kraft, and only 2 hours away from all his homies where he grew up. That was definitely bad luck for a kid who was already troubled.

Ed Oliver named to PFWA All-Rookie Team
Da webster guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dude he had some rookie growing pains early but he had several game changing plays as the season went on. Almost invisible? Do you watch the Bills ? He's number 91. Check him out sometime -
Only one in four 1st round draft pick NFL receivers in this breakdown from 2000-2014 translate to great pros. It's basically one per year. Check it out https://www.fantasyindex.com/2015/04/13/factoid/first-round-wide-receivers

Baldy's Breakdown of Singletary vs. Texans
Da webster guy replied to UB2SF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That one play where he appeared dead in the water with two tacklers around him in the flat and he got away has made its way around the internet quite well. -
John Brown failure to toe drag
Da webster guy replied to Lieutenant Aldo Raine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Uh yeah OK. 1060 yards, tons of clutch 3rd down conversions in 15 games on only 115 targets and virtually none of it in garbage time. Elite numbers dude. Sorry it doesn't fit your narrative. He screwed up that catch for sure, jumped when he didn't have to and didn't get the drag in, but his "he's not a #1 stuff" is so ridiculous. Might be better to say it would be nice to add another great receiver and pray the guy sniffs 1000 yards on 130 targets. Can't remember him doing that ever before Saturday. I think he just was tracking the ball and he thought he had more room. Maybe he thought it was coming in hotter than it was (wouldn't be the first Josh throw to him this year that came in high and sizzlin) and his instincts told him to jump before he could think. Frustrating. A great pickup though, and surprised me with how good his hands are this season. Hadn't seen much of him at Zona or Balt. -

That used to mean something. He can always hold out or not play at all. -
Kirk Cousins Has Some Words After the Game
Da webster guy replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That throw and catch was clutch man. Reminded me of the Josh to Knox toss, receiver barely open, rainbow throw just over the coverage guy. They deserved that. Good for you Minny. Sean Payton's face after that catch hahaha he's a member of the smug, conceited head coach club along with BB, Gase and Greggggg -
Murphy was gone until these last two games, probably saved himself. Ty is staying, good veteran insurance. Kroft is gone man. He got signed before we drafted two TE's, but sweeney, knox and smith can do the job. Depth at corner or LB maybe, but I agree majority should go into whatever get us scoring more points.
