Can this team please start throwing more screens?
Da webster guy replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That and sending a free blitzer at Josh is almost always a mistake, he consistently makes the first guy miss and then finds the open guy. -
Wondered about Vosean, he knows our defense, was a great hitter. Did he get picked up after we released him?
-
At least bring him in camp and give him a week w with the team to see how he looks

Da webster guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Poyer played lights out, surprised he's not on most people's lists here. Had tons of tackles and helped confuse Cam -
And they've given up almost 30 a game. Relax bro, this isnt the Hawks team you remember. Bills 26 Seattle 23 Itsa lock.

All-22 analysis: A.J. Epenesa
Da webster guy replied to artmalibu's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The college players steroid testing is inconsistent at best, some schools don't test at all, and of course there's a big window from the last day of the college season to the combine. I'm not saying A.J. is doing a Maybin Bait and Switch but the reality is you can't mess with the same drugs in the NFL as you can at Iowa. That said we've seen the transformation in players like Moulds and Biscuit where they were way skinnier as NFL rookies than they were in their prime playing days. He has the 6'6 frame to carry 280lbs like he did at Iowa and not look fat at all. The question is can he do it within the NFL PED restrictions. Hi old man Eppy was a big DL, the kid has the Samoan genes. -
Stephon Gilmore knee injury potential?

Hey Kiper was right about Josh Mel Kiper Jr. asked about Josh Allen's completion percentage: "Stats are for losers in my opinion. The guy won." -

I appreciate the video breakdown, don't really agree much with the commentary. What we know so far is AJ's NFL body is a little lighter than expected, so as a result he has less leverage and more speed. Definitely our fastest lineman. So now it's work and reps to improve technique, handwork, bend, play recognition, gap control, maintaining pocket width, pass rush counters etc. He will be a good player for us, it's hard to tell how he'll be used because he's become a bit of a tweener. Rooting for the kid. -
OFFICIAL: LB Darron Lee signed to Bills PS
Da webster guy replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not sure about the rest of his game but 3 picks in 12 games for a LB is awesome. -
Exactly. It's like you have to commit to them in that 3rd/4th season, but these $30M+ deals are basically saying your defense is probably gonna suck for the next 5 years. Seattle, Green Bay, Detroit etc. Not as bad as huge guaranteed money deals to running backs like Zeke, Gurley, LeVeon though. Thats just stupidity.

Bills have 3 of top 15 highest rated pass rushers
Da webster guy replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was just commenting last week that I thought Hughes looked slower and ineffective this year. Astro posted some data and cleared that up, and then Jerry did the same on game day. -
Gunner Olszewski? Sounds like a Cheektowaga boy if I've ever heard one. Maybe Pegula is giving ol' Bob "the mullet" Kraft a taste of his own medicine by infiltrating the Pats organization with a spy. This might not be a 'Happy Ending' for Bob this time.... Too Soon? Not soon enough?

[Misleading Title] Daddy Issues
Da webster guy replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We played them tough last year both times, our home game lost because of a special teams error, our coaches failed to react to a clever pre snap shift that was clearly going to force DiMarco to block two rushers. (They pulled in both guys from our gunner who was now completely uncovered) Bojo could have passed it to him and the guy would have ran 50 yards. Belichick gambles that our punter won't audible to a throw. No time out called by McD, Slater has a free path to Bojo, blocked kick for a TD, cost us the game. We held Brady to less than 50% completion that day, 150 yards and a pick, and shut down the run too. They only managed 9 points on offense but that special teams play cost us the W. Outcoached. I bring this up because I don't think our players have any mental baggage with Belichick, most of them were toddlers when the dynasty was in full swing. But McD might have some daddy issues there. He's not a clever coach, more of a motivator and leader, and he knows he's outmatched as a game coach and adjuster vs Old cheatin Bill. -
I agree he's been just so-so but last week I think is the 1st time he's looked 100% healthy and he played well. He's not lazy and he's not a selfish guy, I think the reduction in elite play is injury based not contract/money.

Watching the game with a Pats*** fan Sunday...
Da webster guy replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
EBaller you oughta take a piece of paper and put a line down the middle, put Bills on one side and Pats on the other. I think we've beaten them 5 times to their 35 wins over us in the past 20 years. So mark up 5 for the Bills and 35 for the Pats. Maybe use different markers and pens so it looks like you've actually been keeping a running tally over the years. After we win, when the time is right, just casually pull the paper out from under the couch and chalk up one for the B-Lo. Obviously make sure he sees you do it, but pretend like it's just for you. Then put it back under the couch. Of course you could always do it the way Steve does it and post it on the wall, then bust out the lipstick and lay back on the couch..... -
MONGO! Feliciano activated
Da webster guy replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is no surprise. Deadline was here they had to activate. Hasnt had a live snap in forever, he's not just gonna get thrown in there full time, gotta get him slowly acclimated to game shape And then he'll be crackin skulls... -
Should Dane Jackson be the starting CB2?
Da webster guy replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Me too. Cam also had a very good game vs Titans. 2 good young cb's, hungry and seem to play fast. -
Can we give some love to Cole Beasley?
Da webster guy replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cant really gameplan against a slot guy with hands like that. If CBS didnt completely suck and showed replays instead of just showing players standing around for 30 seconds after each play, it would show some pretty amazing grabs by #11 (i rewatched already) Sticky hands, fearless, even blocks pretty well from what I can see. Huge asset. -
Remember all the Pats fans whining a few weeks ago about how they would have beaten KC if only Cam wasn't dumb enough to get the Rona. I was laughing then and i'm still laughing. The dude has now won 4 games in his last 20 starts.

We need to try Moss 7 yards deep once on awhile. He's a one cut hammer back but Daboll almost always has him right next to josh lined up 4 yards behind the line. Hard to get momentum and power when you're getting the ball at a dead stop right behind your Oline. Thats OK for Singletary but doesn't fit Moss' style.

So What are your predictions for Duke vs. Jets
Da webster guy replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Game winning TD vs Titans last year and targeted 10 times vs Houston in the playoffs. A notch up from Reilly and Lewis. -
Realistic Trade Scenario- One player
Da webster guy replied to McBean's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Engram was a 1st rounder, has good talent. He only gets about 3 catches a game, Daboll would probably up that number for him.
