Divisional game - who has bought tickets?
Da webster guy replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
141 Row 11. 5,6,7,8 Yes. Shouldnt matter on state. -
We are pumped about getting seats for next weekend. Got four seats row 11 section 141. Hard to tell from seating charts, it looks like they've blocked off some rows down low. Did anybody sit down low on Saturday? We are trying to figure out how many rows were blocked off and if we have anyone sitting between us and the field. It might affect what kind of sign we make, size etc. Also if anyone has a cool banner or sign they'd be willing to donate we'd represent with it and return it to you if that's cool. We thought maybe "I GOT MY CRABS AT TWO BILLS DRIVE" would be sweet......

Considering Dane Jackson is inactive and Josh Norman is in, you can see how much McD favors experience, even at the expense of pure talent. Yeldon clearly will be active, the question is will we elevate both backs if TJ seems rusty. Williams sure looked like a beast vs Miami, and that was no preseason game. Fumbling is an issue with Yeldon, maybe Williams will get the nod. I hope they go with the kid. Is he a pass catcher?

Our best CB tackler on the team. Very surprised he's not going to be involved vs this run heavy team. I think it's clear Daboll is going to spread and sling and he needs to have a bunch of fresh WR's. Duke can special teams it up with the best of em, block like hell and play his ass off. Has more playoff catches than Gabe lol.

In Depth Look at Bills Vs Colts

And our Oline play has been really solid. Boettger filling in for Cody, Mitch playing well and we all know about the other three studs. Cant beat a team that gives its qb 4 seconds to throw every play, especially Josh and his weapons. -
Does the bills success continue without daboll?
Da webster guy replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Excellent question, the kind I like because we will eventually learn the answer. The offense may get even better, as Josh and Daboll have at their jobs over the past few years. Josh and Diggs are elite now, there arent any teams with a top qb and wr that don't score a lot of points, regardless of the OC. When you throw in the supporting cast and depth of this team, I suspect we won't miss a beat without Daboll. The NFL coaching ranks is littered with coordinators who had a great year, left for a HC job and were fired within three years or less. Its far more likely to happen than not. Daboll isn't a very charismatic guy either based on his interviews, that might be a liability when his teams needs an energetic, in-your-face motivator. -
Indy got outscored by Steelers a few weeks back 21-3 in the 2nd half in their most critical game of the season. They knew the pass was coming and had no answer. You already know their gameplan against us, run Taylor and get Hynes some screens which Rivers is great at selling (and checking to if he likes). They want our offense on the bench, long drives, full clock runoff between plays. The one thing I think people are sleeping on is Rivers can still throw a nice deep ball. Granted, he looks like ME when he throws it, but somehow despite the clumsy looking effort he can still hit the go route if we start crowding the line to stop the run. Basically Frank is going to use the same plan the Giants used against his Bills team in the superbowl. Avoid a shootout, play physical, tricky looks in coverage, hybrid stuff etc. Don't give Josh 5 seconds to throw like Miami did. I think we win by 15 though. It's not their year its our year.

Jordan Phillips and Shaq Lawson
Da webster guy replied to TroutDog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Early season we felt the loss when teams were running all over us. Both players were good against the run and with the loss of Star and Harrison/Butler's slow starts we were weak inside. For awhile there we had poor Ed playing the 1 tech at 270lbs thats just cruel. As usual for McD and Frasier, they're good at fixing leaks, the season wore on and we're decent against the run now. Shaq and Jordan would have both been contributors but for the money on those deals not a good value from a year 1 perspective. Speaking of Star, he must feel like a complete idiot missing all of this. -
IPA's, ribs on the smoker, veggie tray, baked chicken wing dip wearing my new lucky bills undies which we average in the high 40pts per game when I wear so rest easy gents, Colts aren't scoring that many points I don't care how good Taylor looks running the ball. Maybe some Ramen for the late game to remind us of how River's had such a noodle arm in the cold.

In Depth Look at Bills Vs Colts

Glad to see the AFC seedings land where they did. The two guys outside of KC that worry me are Derrick Henry and Lamar, and as long as Pitt beats CLE (is Ben 3 points better than Mason Rudolph?) then we won't have to face either one of those guys until AFC championship game if at all. As far as Indy goes, RB Taylor is red hot and he can rip you for long gains. In the past month he has been getting impressive yardage even vs stacked boxes. If our offense can build a lead and force the Colts to pass more in the 2nd half, we will win this game comfortably. -
Predict Josh Allen's Next Contract
Da webster guy replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sounds like the deal Brady and Kraft had with his ridiculous TB12 marketing company that allowed him to take millions off the cap hit. Full on cheating, just another example in a long line of it out there. -
Taylor is amazing. Yards after contact these past few games is off the charts. Gonna need solid gap control and a big game from Milano and Tremaine. Hines is way behind him in terms of explosiveness.

This year we got it right, but last year they won the game on that same play. Last year neither our special teams coach nor McD nor Dimarco reacted to the same exact play and they ended up with a free rusher, blocked the punt and cost us the game. It was a clear case of Old Bill outcoaching young Sean. This year Jaquan and the rest of the team were ready.

Bill Belichik comments - Looks good on him
Da webster guy replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bill is probably most frustrated that he insisted HE be the GM instead of putting a qualified person in the job. He's done a poor job at it, and now they're screwed. If you think Donta Hightower, Chung and Van Noy opting out is a legit excuse, wait til next year when they win even less games. Best of all, now no free agent is going to want to go to NE because it's a disaster and the HC has built zero culture there. -
Big Ben to the Bench! #2 Seed is ours!

Meaningless late season games
Da webster guy replied to Bills fan since 87's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jets game last year week 17. Totally meaningless, sat everyone, gameplanned for Houston. -
Dont wanna play Fitz in the playoffs? Oh cmon man, I know he had a solid game against us in Sept but we still won, they've regressed and we've improved. Balt is looking tough but if we can't beat Miami here in WNY we really deserve to go home.

Wish the league wld Flex us vs Miami to late game in case Pitt loses we would clinch 2 seed before kickoff assuming we beat Pats tmrw.

49ers sign Josh Rosen
Da webster guy replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was with you. Could you imagine if we took Rosen? That would be a pass on Mahomes and Allen within 3 years. Shoot me. Also I wonder how much Elway is kicking himself for taking Chubb at 5 instead of #17
