Completion percentage is THROW + CATCH = COMPLETION. TAKES TWO PEOPLE. People who question is accuracy never watched him play. Put Josh Rosen at Wyoming and what would his completion rate be??

All the tape I saw shows otherwise. He was the only QB hit hit the crossbar from 35 yards. (3:16 mark)

ALLEN > Rosen. Rosen is small in stature over played underwhelming child who is immobile and injury prone. Not to mention a pompous ass and a locker room killer. The concern on Allen is accuracy which is based on people ONLY looking at his completion percentage. Not looking at the talent around him, the weather conditions, the nature of each pass like throwing a ball away to avoid a sack. A throw + a catch = a completion so before you claim he is inaccurate you need to watch EVERY game, EVERY throw and see if anyone was open and did the receiver drop the ball.

Completion percentage is based on thrown balls caught, it is not a good measurement of accuracy. What percentage of Completions would Rosen had if he played in the wind and cold with the same talent Allen had. Allen had a 68% completion rate in the senior bowl when he played with more talented team.
