BPA. You fill roster holes in FA, You draft your best players via the draft.
-
Frank Reich and the Colts.
-
Cincinnati fire sale. Bills should push for AJ Green trade.

I would see if the Bengals would bite on this. Would not give up the farm but under the instance above a 2nd and a late 4th pick I would make the trade. If necessary I would add a conditional 2020 4th or 5th round pick.

I would like to see what people are thinking about the off season and rebuilding this team. I think you should fill holes in Free agency and draft BPA in the draft. How about you.

What if...........
Tom Brady is laid out by a blind side hit in the 1st quarter and placed in concussion protocol. Allen goes off and runs for 2 TDs and throws for 2 TDs and Bills win 28-6.
MERRY CHRISTMAS MAFIA!!!

- 1st round pick Jonah Williams OT Alabama. This pick along with signing a least one guard and a center stabilize the Offensive line.
- 2nd round pick Miles Sanders RB Penn State. As much as I like Shady he cannot be trusted to play 16 games. We let Fred Jackson go for the same reason.
- 3rd round pick. Kristian Fulton CB. LSU. Depth in the secondary and has experience with Tre' White.
- 4th round pick David Sills WR West Virginia. Good possession receiver who can work the middle.
- 4th round pick TJ Hockerson TE Iowa Run blocking Tight End would add to depth.
- 5th round pick De'Andre Walker Georgia Edge Rusher. possible replacement for Jerry Hughes.
- 5th round pick Tyler Johnson WR Minnesota. Wide receiver depth

The Bills should not over spend just to fill needs. There are no #1 WR in free agency. So do not pay anyone #1 WR money. There are quality OL that would be an upgrade to the roster but I would not overpay for anyone. I would rather get 5 or 6 good players who are an upgrade then 3 or 4 players who are overpaid "splash" players.

Rather than bitching (complaining, nit-picking, whining, pick the appropriate adjective) about offensive production under Daboll or with Allen under center, I think we should all be more amazed that this motley collection below even have the capability to move the ball at all against other NFL teams. Just food for thought.
Ladies and Gentlemen these are your Buffalo Bills!

72 Ryan Groy C (bounced around the NFL for 5 years PS w/Chicago, traded to NE and spent that time on IR, injury settlement, waived and went to TB Practice Squad then to Bills)
16 Robert Foster (Practice Squad)
11 Zay Jones (struggling 2nd Year Player)
19 Isaiah McKenzie (Practice Squad)
35 Keith Ford (Practice Squad)

Would love to see Poyer flatten Mr. Brady and he leave the field on a cart.

...if he can't do it by now he likely never will.
When the Buffalo Bills do win the Super Bowl you won't find Sean McDermott as the Head Coach.
You will eat your words. Don't worry it will be sweet.
-
Sign Levon Bell RB, AJ Cann G and Matt Pardis C, trade for AJ Green WR = (3rd + 5th pick) and draft Jonah Williams OT in 1st round.
SUPERBOWL!

So we're adjusting the W/L record now and not just completion percentage?
don't feed the troll/dwarf he is a shill who wouldn't know a football from a cucumber.

Right now Allen's play and stats are his floor. He is a rookie, playing with 3rd string talent and still won 4 games. When you add even an average NFL offensive line, wide receivers that don't drop passes and more experience his numbers including wins will go way up.

He's 4-5 as a starter right?

Spotrac published a list of players that they think could potentially be cut in the offseason and provided some notes about whether or not they really think it's realistic that they could be cut, cap ramifications, etc. It's sorted by position so it's pretty easy to scroll down to the guys you want to read about.

Kid is truly a beast. Physical, fast, great elusiveness and swats defenders away like gnats.
Kelvin Benjamin 2.0. I am over these type of players they never pan out.

If the Bills could run the ball and got better pass blocking it would help.

I think the Bills have to get Allen a premier WR with their 1st round pick.
OL upgrades should come through free agency, and some of our other draft picks.
I agree with your point, the problem is that their isn't a WR worthy of a high 1st round pick. I would draft either Deebo Samuel or Collin Johnson in the 2nd or 3rd round.
-
The Offensive line needs a lot of help and the Bills should replace at least 3 positions T, G and Center. It is almost a shoe in that the Bills draft either Jonah Williams (AL) or Greg Little (OM) with their 1st round pick. They should target either Shaq Mason (NE) or Quinton Spain (Ten) in free agency for Guard. For center draft Tyler Biadasz (WIS) or Elgton Jenkins (MISST) in the 2nd or 3rd round. After that draft at least one more interior linemen in the 4th or 5th round.

The Blueprint is out...it’s been out.
Force Allen to be a Quarterback and throw from the Pocket. He’s league worst for throwing on 3rd down and picking up the first down.
He needs to STOP RUNNING.
And work on his craft.
Hard to "Throw from the pocket" when the pocket is blown up into Allen's face on almost every play. Allen is making rookie mistakes but is getting better. Dropped passes and penalties are not helping either.
-
Number 1 priority is offensive line. If Bills can run the ball better and pass block it will open up play action.
Would love to see this,
1st round pick Jonah Williams OT Alabama
2nd round pick Ross Pierschbacher OG/C. played with Williams and has chemistry together.
3rd Round Pick Deebo Samuel WR South Carolina
