Better make a play for a mlb quick....... Edmunds is nowhere close to ready.

I would keep him rested as much as possible and have him start the season as a pass rusher only until they are sure he is healthy enough for more work. But groin injuries do scare me...... So unpredictable......

It’s actually a zillion times harder than that. You don’t think every team just says, “let’s just win this year and we are fine?” That’s an awful business strategy. There are 32 teams and that will always be somewhat cyclical (the Patriots are an obvious outlier). You have to build a business model and plan that is sustainable whether you are 14-2 or 2-14. Your budget is what it is regardless of your record. Obviously winning helps you achieve those numbers but there is not one team, in any level of professional sports, that’s business model is “let’s win and it will be okay.”
Its not just a lets win this year thing....... Are they really thinking its a sure thing they are winning now??? But in this particular region just showing commitment to building the right way is more than the usual, which is happening right now, and its much more than has worked so far... .. Winning!!!

The NFL sells itself...let your football people do their jobs, put a winning team on the field and try to make the game day experience fun....
You said it all man......... Whats your name man?.... Forrest Gump!!! For real though, this stuff gets way too over complicated around here. Just build the teams right...... Forget the billboards, the cheesy season ticket slogans, etc...... Just do it right and they will come........ Its not hard people

Solid upgrades for one offseason as far as i can tell. I think if we can land one more elite prospect to the line and one more above average LB the D could be a close to finished product if you will..... Next offseason that is.

I really don't like the Darnold fit with the Jets. NY will tear him apart like ElI, but he doesn't have that family name to fall back on. I do like Darnold a lot. I just think he would have been better off here or even in Denver or Cleveland. I don't see it working out.
Agreed. I dont see the Jets bringing him along slow enough. They probably will ruin the poor fella.

You gotta' love the Bills hiring a former Miami Hurricane great.
Only concern is the 30 or so concussions that forced him into retirement.
Yeah the poor dude still looks a little dizzy

We've witnessed the on field results of the Bills with Brandon in numerous positions of team building, he wasn't impressive in any way when doing that.
So he was excellent at marketing. Want to know the best way to market a team ? Build a team that wins and makes the playoffs at least once in awhile .
Thats it right there. Here's my pitch: Hey tickets go on sale this weekend. You can purchase em online or at the boxoffice. You're welcome.

Good cause he needs a lot of it

Who will be the first jerkoff to say Tyrod2.0?

Hurst. You stop the Brady's with pressure up the middle

Be. Rosen is a very pro ready QB and we could expect an instant upgrade in the passing game immediately. Now, we wouldn't be sb favorites or anything but we would be respectable instantly

Flip that to Da'Ron Payne and be very satisfied....
Copy that. Either would be equally fine by me

Change out Hughes for M Hurst and I could totally jump on board this train

Trying to read between the lines and fight thru all of the misinformation here is my take as of 1:30 PM on March 30th.
1. Bills have definite interest in Baker Mayfield
2. Denver has supposed interest in Mason Rudolph
So, if this is true, I could see a trade possibility. If I'm the Biils I offer the 12th pick and next years 1st in exchange for Denver's 5th pick.
Trade value chart shows 500 points so next years 1st is an overpayment, but it allows us to maintain all of our 2018 picks to make needed improvements in areas we have significant holes.
What would you offer Denver to get a chance for Baker Mayfield?
That same exact thing

It is my belief the Colts Targeted either Bradley Chubb primarily and as a 2nd choice Quinten Nelson.
Trading down with Buffalo took them out of both players. So the Jets come up, knowing the Browns are locked into Darnold at 1 and the Giants are going Barkley at 2, do a swap of ones and handing the rebuilding Colts three high 2nd round picks.
Colts still could get Nelson at 6 assuming Browns take Chubb at 4 and Broncos trade down with Arizona and the Cardinals take a QB.
If the Broncos stay at 5 and take Nelson, pick 6 is up for sale, Bills swoop in and trade 12 and higher 2nd to Colts and either get best LB in this draft or remaining QB of their choice.
Thoughts?
All I know is the colts got a great deal and I can't blame them one bit

Hey, calm your asses down....... It just so happens this is a very deep year for 4.3 linebackers in the upcoming draft. You're welcome.
