    Why? Brown is a better player hands down. I know playing in NE helped him, but when you are that massive a human being, it sometimes takes a little while to grow into that frame. We could get a player who takes a step back or a monster entering his prime years. I'm taking the gamble on the monster.

    No there is a first round draft pick from Georgia who missed last year returning from injury is why Bill isn't rushing to sign him. They traded for him as an insurance policy and it worked out for them extremely well.

    The NE system and QB make it so hard to judge as far as pass pro goes, but the dude is a superior run blocker for sure. I'm taking the gamble and throwing him some serious money. Worst case he moves back to RT and is even more overpaid lol

    If the Bills pursue Barr, I believe it would be with the intention of moving him to DE full time. Now if he could thrive with that switch, I personally haven't seen enough of him to know for sure. Maybe some others could chime in on that angle but I just haven't seen enough of him to know for sure. My preferred scenario actually.

    He is a little light right now, but have him start as mostly a situational rusher and by year 2 he'll just fine.

    Although I fully understand and endorse the DT possibility, an evil part of me wants it to happen solely for the purpose of ruining posters lives lol

    Yep, way more moves than Maybin plus superior play strength, with the potential to get even bigger and stronger.

    He's been on my list of "guys I would be happy with at 9" for a while, but even I tend to forget about him sometimes. A very solid pick and player imo

    I think he may be the one true tackle Im ok with at 9, although J Williams and possibly Dillard would be solid picks as well.

    I hear ya. For me a top 10 DT has to have a (potential of course)significant affect to the pass rush. Q Williams and Oliver absolutely do for me, and C Wilkins I think just makes it in there for me as well.

    Dont count out a trade up either Pete. Could be a cant pass up Dlineman at 9. We have not one Dlineman who requires consistant double teams. Just throwin that angle out there too.

    Probably to get him here. I would rather throw big money at center and tackle. IMO of course.
