Could be a replacement if a WR is traded Tuesday?
Maybe like a tall, lazy Predator-lookin' mofo.
Lol thats awesome. Very possible though! I can see Dallas still trading for Benjamin

Apparently they are still in the market for a "premium" WR.

If Allen pans out this draft is amazing, there are some solid contributors on defense but we need more elite talent. We need that young WR/TE that demands extra coverage attention. We need that young DE/DT that demands double teams. Tre White is really all we have.
Very well said. This is exactly what im hoping for. With some wheeling and dealing with the extra draft picks i hope it gets done.

I voted yes, but anybody who thinks we're getting a 2nd or even a 3rd, wow.
I know it's pretty buffaloish. I'm on record for a 4th with conditions of becoming a 3rd as the best we will get. Guarenfknteed.

I voted yes and my lowest price is a 4th that can become a 3rd on conditions. If it becomes a 3rd I believe we take one of the superior defensive linemen with our first pick and we can use the Shady pick to move back into the 1st round if an impact offensive player is still floating around like the TE Noah Fant ( huge upgrade folks!) or a WR or OL. We need impact players and can use that free agency money to get the #2 type WRs, Olinemen, and even another defensive to help finish off this defense. A few have mentioned Anthony Barr and i love that idea.

Sounds like we dodged our own bullet on this one lol

If it happens the best we're gonna get is a 4th with conditions of becoming a 3rd. I guarantee it lol...... and I pull the trigger on that.

If our QB situation remains so messed up he is needed beyond this season, someone is going to be fired.
Damn right

If Teller would of played at the beginning of the season we would of had 4 or 5 more holding calls per game. If he has improved his technique to not be such a "grabber" in pass pro is anyones guess. I'm pulling for him cause that would be one less need to worry about next year. Same for Boettinger as well, he could be a surprise after a full offseason on training.

Yep. Get the best draft pick you can and spend some of that money on Tevin Coleman. Get younger at the position.

At least the new regime was smart enough to move him early and recoup as much as they could before people actually figured out that he was terrible.
I hear that

There are no winners here lol. Bills traded up for this guy so they blew very high resources to begin with.

Yeah i've been wondering how high can you take someone who is 160 lbs. I think if hes there in the second round you take him. Be nice if we had a coordinator smart enough to move him all over too ?
-
I'd offer Arizona a late round pick for Hassan Reddick, let him just rush the passer as he learns behind Alexander.

Josh Allen for Derek Carr? Bills get the big contract, Raiders get the big arm.
Maybe. Allen has the feel of a giant tease with the big arm but who may never put it all together
-
I'd dangle a 2nd for Carr....... If the Raiders bite you bring Allen along slower and trade one of em in 2020

If they do that, I would be fine with it. I suspect they won't. This staff is in way over their heads on the offensive side of the ball.
Probably ?

So exactly how many more years are we going to completely neglect the offense?
Free agency and 9 other draft picks dog

Because the impact of the defensive player over the current state player is minimized as compared to the impact of offensive players. Look at it this way. If you have a WR that you rate a 60 on a 1-100 scale and you can add a WR you have rated as a 90, that's a 30 point jump. If you already have defensive linemen that you rate 85 and you are drafting a guy that you rate a 98, that's only a 13 point jump. You get the most "bang for the buck" by upgrading your worst positions typically. When you have so many roster positions that are in rough shape, you can't afford to take that elite player who only gives you a little bump over what you have. That is a luxury reserved for teams that already have a decent roster IMO.
I hear you. I don't think any WR are top 10 material this draft but in your scenario i'd love a pick of Jonah Williams ?

If this team takes a defensive player with the #1 or #2 overall pick in the draft, well, then it is time to bring out the pitch forks. The ONLY sensible options are offense or trading down. Oliver and Bosa are not a luxury we can afford with the current state of affairs of the roster, unfortunately.
I don't understand why people think by taking a elite defensive lineman first that the Bills couldn't use other resources like free agency and the other 9 draft picks towards the offense.
If the Bills are picking like 5th and there isn't a good tradedown offer and the best prospect by far is a defensive player you gotta go with the talent. There will be more picks and hopefully some serious money was already used on offense in free agency.

Does Oliver on the field have the Bills score more than 5 freaking points??
No but if say maybe they sign a couple recievers and olinemen in free agency, maybe a new TE too and then draft a reciever and a young RB with some of the "other" draft picks they'd be headed in the right direction.
-
While this team has many problems todays game was a great example of the need for an elite interior rusher. I know many here are on the trade down train, and i hear yas, but I'm on record for not passing up an elite talent if available, which we currently have none of. Bottom line I don't pass on Oliver or Bosa if available. Snag a couple recievers and oline in free agency and keep drafting bpa. Of course i believe we need quite a bit of coaching changes as well but i don't feel like going there right now lol

BB created this dead cap problem just so he can create another cap problem when he gives out bloated contracts to mediocre players this offseason. Can’t wait.
Yep
Has the light finally gone on for Zay Jones?

Im not surprised, i had a hunch his shoulder injury was the culprit for about 2/3 of his drops. I believe he will be a fine #3 at worst with #2 potential if they build the offense right.
