I agree. In free agency id target C, G, and TE on offence.

Josh Allen is EXACTLY what the defense is missing. Not sure he's gonna be available now.
Right on. Once you get your QB, IMO the next most important thing is QB killer. Now if we combine free agency and the draft to build the line and add a couple weapons at the expense of missing out on that guy for a year, I can wait til 2020 then we could maybe trade up for that true difference maker.

He’s not wrong really. There’s nothing special about any of the DL on the roster.
Which is why I have 0% problem with the 1st pick being D Line ?

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's why you trade from 6 to 10 and get more draft capital?
Sure if you can find a partner but I think the tradedown crew is in for a dissapointing night in this QB weak draft.

We have 0 sacks in the last 8 quarters of football. Give me Rashan Gary please and thank you.
Would be a great pick

I'm really feeling Jonah Williams around this spot..... BUILD THAT WALL lol......Wait! This isn't a political board lol.

This area makes taking an offensive player more realistic. At 6, the value is on D

I feel like we're going to go out and sign Tyler Eifert and hope he doesn't go down. Which he probably will.
Thinking the same thing. But man if we grabbed him and he stayed injury free HUGE upgrade. BTW I would release Clay, sign Eifert and try and draft a guy by the 3rd round if possible.

I feel warm and fuzzy inside lol.... Big Ted Washington #1. Hopefully we can add someone to invade this list this off-season. It doesn't have to be someone to threaten the top of the list, but an offensive lineman or big-time impact defender who really makes a difference would sure help. Anyways, get it done Beane lol!

There are also free agent D linemen out there......

At the expense of not upgrading and protecting our investment Josh Allen?
That should be priority number 1
I believe 2 Olinemen and a TE will be added in free agency John. One of the elite 3 techs or Josh Allen will be the pick unless there is a QB available that a team willing to come up and get. I believe they will spend to protect the investment. I could see a move up for a WR too with the 2nd round pick.

Best player available that suits our needs.
I wish we had more 2nd rounders this draft.
I expect McBeane will take a balanced approach, I'm confident they have the foresight to look beyond 2019.
Call me a kool-aid drinking homer but I'll root for whoever pulls on a Bills helmet.
Me too. I just feel the odds point to BPA being DL, but im open to whatever wins more games ultimately. More picks is great too, but I don't see this draft having the QB prospects to make that scenario likely.

I think you can find impact WR in later rounds (generally). If Bosa is there, you take him over anyone. I think Brown from Old Miss or Oklahoma will be around in the late 1 (trade back in) or early 2nd.
Jesse James (TE) would be a great FA acquisition.
Yeah bro he is one of a few solid free agent options

Some offense will be feom the draft..... But the way to go is CASH......CASH MONEY. 2 Olinemen, 1 TE, and 1 WR. I'll be paying CASH sir. Get em Oilman Peg.

Hate the loss but this gives us better options.....

Be pretty nice to have one of those killer pass rushers coming out right about now eh???

He can’t block. No thanks with our 1st unless we trade way down
Exactly. Only if we traded down, like even twice maybe. This guy just hasnt really lit anything up.

I am going to get killed here, but I don't like him as a fit. I see him as Zay Jones without the separation right now. Hope I am wrong.
Agreed, but hope to be wrong as well

Not alot of it which is why you need to draft it early. I doubt you'll see more than 8 to 10 O-lineman taken in the first 2 rounds.
Unfortunately i totally agree. Gonna have to throw around some of that cash Peghomie.

Love replaces Murphy at the situational OLB and edge rusher assignments this I like. Along with flipping Murphy to a defensive tackle spot and making him use that big body in tight space to force an offensive unit to concentrate teams on him in rotational situations.

I predict there will be a lot of unhappy TBDers on draft day, because I think the Bills are going to draft a defensive linemen.
I can just hear the outrage now. "HOW CAN YOU DRAFT A PLAYER AT THE TEAM'S DEEPEST UNIT?!?! FIRE McBEANE!!! GRRRR Rabble Rabble!!!"
Here's the thing: The absolute, no-doubt-about-it, undisputed deepest talent pool in the draft this year is along the defensive line. And after that, other defensive players in general. We could see 22-25 first round picks spent on defensive players.
So if the Bills see an offensive player sitting there at their pick that fits the value, then great, pick him. But there's a very high likelihood that the best players on the board at the time they pick will be defensive players. And to those saying "JUST TRADE DOWN!": It's not always that easy. It requires that someone ELSE wants to trade up. And there's also no guarantee that offensive player X will still be there at the pick you traded down to.
One more thing: Our three biggest impact front seven defenders are old or GETTING old. Zo and Kyle both might retire, and Jerry Hughes is no spring chicken. Furthermore, once Kyle retires, there will be a GAPING hole at 3T, which is a crucial position in McDermott's defense. If an Ed Oliver or Josh Allen are there at the Bills pick and present the best value, they'd being doing themselves a disservice not to take said player.Great post and I approve this message lol

Eifert would be nice, and yes I know the injury aspect. Gotta take a swing though. Try and draft one as well.
