Word is Dallas was pretty hot on him during that draft. I wonder if he could fetch us a third rounder and maybe a couple other late round picks plus I think Davidson is a guy that really like in could offer some serious receiving potential as well
Most definitely!!! The league is ever evolving the offense must too. We have a pretty decent offensive line for once compliment it properly. Don't worry defense we know the defense needs a serious changeover too
Umm, Garrett will be on the wrong side of 30 in two years. Hopefully we save draft capital and just sign Trey Hendrickson. Too many holes on D to count on one home run swing.
Milano is a lot more valuable here than pretty much anywhere else so there's really not much trade value, you probably gotta restructure his contract as team friendly as you can pull off. The more surprising move might be to start getting Dorian Williams reps in the middle should Bernard be lost to free agency.
Bro, I'm a line of scrimmage guy myself, but when you got guys like Mahomo and Burrow in the conference, you need guys in the secondary who can play too. It's gonna take a mixture of both, which I'm not sold on Beane being able to do.
So, being "that time of year, again lol" , when players are released, how soon can they be signed by a new team? I'm guessing after the Superbowl obviously, but before free agency?
While the D needs what we all know it needs, the offense can't stay complacent either. Even if we bring Cooper back, one of the 2nd rounders probably needs to be an explosive receiver/understudy....even potential Shakir backup (in case we lose him).
As of right now, today.....the only elite candidate is Josh, but even he makes some really questionable reads at times. After that there's a few very good candidates but that's about it. The hard, cold, truth my friends.
Something I've been wondering is if the Bills let Bernard go in free agency could Dorian man the middle? Deep thoughts, thinking ahead, by the Bandit๐
Yes, we really need to hit on them too with the picks being so late in each round.
Now I don't know for sure, but Cook may have had his bell ring. But if he was physically able, then yes, absolutely no excuse to not have him out there.
2 year deal with a draft pick who is probably mostly a one trick pony but that trick is speed. With our draft pick slots and the group of free agents available it's probably the best we can hope for. Gonna have to target a Trey Hendrickson in free agency and go heavy defense in the draft.
