  1. Great job by all those involved. Bringing back the vast majority of those players could result in another high scoring season this year.
  2. You are missing my point entirely. Coleman WAS hurt. Worthy had a better season staying healthy. IF that was reversed next season, would YOU be willing to say Coleman had a better season. I bet you wouldn't. Also, your last sentence was uncalled for, I have had enough of your comments.
  3. It's ok if they are "nice guys", but I agree they need to bring more intensity on gameday. I'm a fan of the "process: but team leadership could use a shot of killer instinct. The locker room needs a vet that can bring that. I believe that is Kincaid's biggest fault. Others on the team too.
  4. Worthy had a better season. They are both rookies. Let's slow the roll until next year. I wonder what you will think if Worthy is injured. He is tiny and might not hold up. Will you go with stats then?
  5. Agree with all your points. Nothing major has to be decided on the offense this season with the exception of bringing in another WR. Don't mess with that side of the ball. Josh needs to have Kincaid and Samuel in his pocket throughout the summer. Getting Brady to work these guys into the system is paramount. Get the big pass rusher on D and don't worry about extending anyone just yet. Give it another year. Add some lower $ FAs and hit on a Day 3 pick or 2 will help the D a lot. Now is not the time to blow everything up.
  6. Sam Darnold and Zack Wilson are available.
  7. It had to be done. His STs had nothing "special" about them. Go get Jeff Banks from Texas or Mike Reed from Clemson. They are the best in college football.
  8. Dalton Kincaid needs to get healthy, put a lot of time into the weight room and get a meaner attitude. His teammates need to support him in these efforts, and he needs to realize that with his 1st round status comes a responsibility to his team. He can turn this around.
  9. I'm hoping Beane can work another, this year's 5th for a next year's 4th, like the Bears trade last year.
  10. Josh Allen is so easy to root for. His story is uplifting. Congratulations!
  11. The Buffalo Bills Defense needs to play better and not give up as many points in the playoffs. The rest of the team could also play better in the playoffs. If that happens next season the Bills can win the Super Bowl.
  12. I agree. I just was informing the board on their bumps in pay. I'm on the fence about a big trade vs. using the picks. I'll leave it up to Beane. I just hope they don't get burned like the Von deal ended up.
  13. It went from -$2M to -$10M when the reserve guys were signed, and it moved the total players above the Top 51. The NLTBE incentives come when the adjustments are calculated, which comes next month.
  14. With a better D the Bills can beat them.
  15. We have 2 young coordinators who no doubt had learned a lot this year. I see improvements with both of them going forward. Get a WR, fix the D and get back to the AFCCG.
  16. Brady had only 1 offseason to develop his plan for Josh Allen and the offense. He did a pretty darn good job and utilized his players well. There is not going to be a lot of changes in offensive personnel with the exception of the WR room this year. His game-planning and overall schemes should mature this year. I'm very hopeful Brady, Josh, Beane and McDermott will get the O even better. The biggest low-lying fruit is on the defensive side of the ball. Get that right, return to the AFCCG and win it this time!
  17. Just to be accurate, both Cook and Benford are getting a big bump in pay under the PPE (Proven Player Escalator) this season. Cook is getting $5.6M and Benford $3.2M. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/76939/james-cook https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/77062/christian-benford
  18. Agree. IF I watch any of it, I'm going to do it with an over the air antenna.
  19. Us fans will have all kinds of opinions across the entire spectrum of choices. None of that really bothers me. I want to hear from Beane, McDermott and the players after this loss and what their thoughts are about going forward. Terry Pegula makes these decisions, and they need to answer to him about the plans going forward. My hope has been that this group can figure out how to get a Lombardi. 4 losses to the Chiefs means "something" has to change. Beane and McDermott need to figure out what that "something" is. I hope they don't lose the locker room.
  20. As always, I expect nothing but rational and well thought responses to this GDT.
