  1. I had to remind myself of the sack scale for this year. Von moved $8.645M into incentives. A wash would be 10.5 sacks for the season. 2024 Sack Incentives (non-cumulative) 2: $1M 4: $2.5M 6: $4M 8: $6M 10.5: $8.645M 15: $9.645M
  2. If you want OTC real number, it's the Effective Cap Space which is $5M in cap space. The other thing is OTC does not show in detail where it gets its numbers compared to Spotrac which does. I personally use Spotrac because of that.
  3. Brought up in this discussion. I think this is a good perspective on how players feel about Tua's situation. Lesean McCoy, Chase Daniels, James Jones and Emannuel Acho seem very truthful in their remarks. It's a bit long, but I find it very interesting.
  4. That may have happened in the past, but there is an independent doctor present during the evaluation nowadays. It took only 6 minutes to officially determine a concussion. Seems pretty fast to me.
  5. It seems to me that everyone has a responsibility to get this right. Tua, the Miami Dolphins organization, the NFL, the NFLPA and the doctors all have some skin in this game. Football itself has come under fire for these issues so it should not be solely Tua's choice. There is more at stake than just his health. They all better think twice about putting him out on the field and consider what will happen if he is permanently injured during another football game. The doctors have a major responsibility in letting everyone know what the true risks are in no uncertain terms. On another note, I want to say they also better give some consideration to the players that will have to play against Tua if he is cleared to play. I felt sorry for Damar and actually watched his reaction after it was clear Tua was concussed. He walked away into the endzone and looked shook as one would expect. How will it be for the next player who hits him feel especially if the injury is even more severe. The NFLPA should be considering that too.
  6. Stupid Children's Hospital in Buffalo!
  7. Technically yes. BUT, that adds all the non-guaranteed money to the contract. It's really up to the doctors right now. All this speculation doesn't mean spit until they give Tua their evaluations. It's all revolving around whether he is cleared.
  8. If I remember correctly the Bills have struggled in the trenches against the Jags a number of times. I believe the Bills lines are the key to this game.
  9. I just want him to get his confidence level back up. That missed didn't help do that. He's got to work through this.
  10. I know his stats. He made 3 of 3 from inside the 43. His problems are the longer kicks. I for sure am not a Bass "hater" but no one can convince me he is not totally right in one way or another.
  11. Only game that matters right now is next week Monday against the Jags.
  12. Tipped or not tipped. Slipped plant foot or not. It just isn't a good thing with a miss like that. Bass should know the field conditions and adjust if needed. Whether it was tipped or not I have noticed lots of Bass's kicks are on the low trajectory side. He is still in some sort of a slump, and I just want him to get out of it. Missing that kick doesn't help the situation.
  13. dude.
  14. There are 30 more football games that have to be played before the MNF game. Plenty of time to see what goes on in the NFL and with the Jags. There is also a lot of time for some walking wounded Bills to get some good rest. Bills at 2-0 get to sit back for a bit. I think I'll do the same and chillax for a bit!
  15. It seems to me they have to put Tua on IR to begin this whole thing. How long he stays on it is unknown for now.
  16. These injuries are tough. The one good thing is so far, they all are expected back. The mini bye may help getting a few walking wounded back into the mix.
  17. Thank you. These injuries are not because they are 10 lbs. lighter than average LBs.
  18. Too funny my man!
  19. As well as it should be. There is so much talk of non-football fans and injuries. It even is affecting young people playing the game. The Bills can stay under the radar for all I care.
  20. It really is troubling. This story is not going away anytime soon. I hope he makes the right decision whatever that ends up being.
