It got way overbalanced with the pass. Then defenses lightened up their D-Lines for pass rushers and are keeping the safeties back. Offenses are remembering how to use a RB and how to block on run plays. I will admit I like how the ground game is making a small comeback.

Barkley is running all over the Falcons.

We don't know that as of this time. Coleman showed he can grab balls on the sidelines. Bills have done some group WR screens that are working better than the past. The thing about keying on the middle for D's is they allow the potential for big gains made on swing passes out of the backfield. Once teams drop more in the box and the middle it will open up some long balls. Josh hitting some of those will add another attack.

Rodgers punks out on a 3rd and 10 and checks down.

I must be crazy but even though he is an overrated, inaccurate, turnover machine, I'll stick with him as my quarterback!

Yes, it is tough for all involved. Tua coming out so quickly about a decision like this seems rash. He has plenty of time to go get evaluated and let the drama settle down. I guess we will see if the Miami Dolphins organization lets him make all the decisions or they do something like putting him on IR for 4 weeks. Probably won't hear about anything like that until later in the week. I'll repeat what I said earlier, I feel bad for all the defensive players who have to play against him. Same goes for the refs. If he does continue to play, there can't be any "preferential treatment" given to him.

Random talking head says something about the Bills
ColoradoBills replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wouldn't say Mitch Morse was a liability. He was a good steady Center. He sure helped Josh develop and I will always thank him for that. It just was time to move on from him. I will say I'm very surprised how well McGovern is playing. -
Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
ColoradoBills replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I had to remind myself of the sack scale for this year. Von moved $8.645M into incentives. A wash would be 10.5 sacks for the season. 2024 Sack Incentives (non-cumulative) 2: $1M 4: $2.5M 6: $4M 8: $6M 10.5: $8.645M 15: $9.645M -
If you want OTC real number, it's the Effective Cap Space which is $5M in cap space. The other thing is OTC does not show in detail where it gets its numbers compared to Spotrac which does. I personally use Spotrac because of that.

It seems to me that everyone has a responsibility to get this right. Tua, the Miami Dolphins organization, the NFL, the NFLPA and the doctors all have some skin in this game. Football itself has come under fire for these issues so it should not be solely Tua's choice. There is more at stake than just his health. They all better think twice about putting him out on the field and consider what will happen if he is permanently injured during another football game. The doctors have a major responsibility in letting everyone know what the true risks are in no uncertain terms. On another note, I want to say they also better give some consideration to the players that will have to play against Tua if he is cleared to play. I felt sorry for Damar and actually watched his reaction after it was clear Tua was concussed. He walked away into the endzone and looked shook as one would expect. How will it be for the next player who hits him feel especially if the injury is even more severe. The NFLPA should be considering that too.

Stupid Children's Hospital in Buffalo!

Technically yes. BUT, that adds all the non-guaranteed money to the contract. It's really up to the doctors right now. All this speculation doesn't mean spit until they give Tua their evaluations. It's all revolving around whether he is cleared.

Bills vs Jags Game Week Thread - MNF
ColoradoBills replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I remember correctly the Bills have struggled in the trenches against the Jags a number of times. I believe the Bills lines are the key to this game.
