  1. Both rookie TEs out for NE*. That leaves Izzo and probably the PS call up TE Rashod Berry.
  2. I did too. Sweeney on PUP could of nixed it. Hope he has a good game tomorrow though.
  3. If he plays well they just may keep him on the Active Roster.
  4. All this talk about cold, windy and rainy weather is going to force Cam to wear his "winter babushka". That's his least favorite kind!
  5. So that is what Kraft is calling it now!
  6. I'll settle for BB throwing his iPad.
  7. I'm getting to the point after all the news that the only path NE* has to a W is too many turnovers and/or fluky Special Teams plays.
  8. Yes, all elevated PS players have to go thru waivers. The thing is it's Jackson's 2nd time elevated so he can't be elevated again. Next call up is for a minimum of 3 games so I would believe that if a team was interested in him the Bills would have the option (I believe) to just sign him "active". I know teams have that option when a team wants to sign a player directly of the PS. Then again like you pointed out he may be staying full time which is what I'm betting will happen because of Cam Lewis to IR.
  9. .............on 2, break.
  10. Not a lot of pro bowl players cut or on the waiver wire.
  11. I'm hearing it's a "Monumental Signature Statement" game!
  12. That may happen again this week. If he gets called up again he may get signed to the 53 cuz he can't be called up again on the PS call up. 2 and done.
  13. It's about competition and who the Bills have left walking. I think he can give Lafayette Pitts a run for his money.
  14. Yes. I had to check his numbers first to be accurate, but we are talking about an NFL CB that started 53 games. Bills are little thin at CB right now.
  15. Agree, unless they shut down Norman for 3 weeks on IR then maybe the active roster.
  16. LOL. I needed to find a way for us to end our discussion! I'm not questioning your Bills loyalty! Your last sentence is true though I hate to admit it.
  17. Marlowe in the box makes sense. I'm thinking because Cam is not know for a quick release that the outside corners play off a little on these weak receivers to keep their eyes forward for the run. Bills D shuts down this running game and it could be a good day to be a Buffalo Bills fan!
  18. So I kind of think the same. White follows Byrd wherever he lines up and 1 on 1 with any other WRs lined up. Does this leave 3 LBs most of the game? This is such a crazy scenario that I'm going to ask another crazy question. With Hyde maybe out, would there be times the Bills do not have a FS and go with 2 SS? Not just asking you Yolo. I'm truly interested as I have stated "this is a crazy scenario" with the wind and no WR/TE big threats.
  19. So the Pats* have a mediocre slot receiver in Byrd and 3 other WRs who have a total combined career reception numbering 35. Career Catches: Meyers 31 catches. Olszewski 3 catches. Zubber 1 catch. I'll ask my question again. What type of D nullifies these WRs and gives the best run stopping game? All remembering that the Pats* don't have any big TE threats. Career Catches: Izzo 13 catches. Keane 1 catch. Asiasi 0 catches.
  20. I admit that would shock me if it was used often.
  21. It's obvious you are a huge fan of BB even to the extent as to comment about Brady and that's fine. The bolded is a great example to point out and gives credence to the whole Cassel 2008 season which all I was talking about. I'm just tired of the 2008 Cassel comments that tries to make out BB as the all time "QB whisperer".
  22. Are you Joe Ferguson or Joe "Willie" Namath?
  23. I'm not expecting Josh to throw the ball 40 times Sunday. I said in my post I don't expect Daboll to shut down Josh and the passing game completely. There could be a lot of YAC yards with passes over the middle to Beasley and Diggs.
  24. Not at all. What I will state is the weak opponents allowed the AFCE to have an over performing record for all of it's teams that year. Good grief, the AFCW Champions were the 8-8 San Diego Chargers. Miami won the division at 11-5 with an aging gimp armed Chad Pennington. All I am saying is this "BB can win with anyone at QB" is a little over blown and using the 2008 season does not prove anything. What is BB record with a former MVP this year?
  25. I don't expect Daboll to shut down Josh Allen's arm. As Beane said it's one of the main reasons they drafted him. Sunday is going to be one interesting game!
