  1. Ha ha haaaaaaa! Next time you have a "convoluted thought" remember this classic clip!
  2. .........they must not be listening to him over there!
  3. LOL, wasn't that wonderful. I'm riding shotgun on this bandwagon. Chris can get in the back!
  4. The Springs is higher than Denver. I've lived here for decades and the altitude is weird. It affects different people in different ways. Young people (kids) it can hit real bad. Some older people (my parents visiting) it didn't effect at all. Bad headaches are common. As for athletes, what we hear is even a drop of a few percent of competitiveness can give a team like Denver an overall advantage. All sports teams are aware of this and I'm sure the Bills have a plan in place. I wish I could go to the game.........that hurts! One of the funniest things is alcohol consumption! Come up here from sea level and you get hammered real quick. When I go back to sea level for the first few days I can hardly get a buzz!
  5. Great news. If he isn't in Denver that's fine with me. A couple of "tune up" games against the Pats* and Fins and bring on the Playoffs!
  6. I don't know, I'm stating to like them. I can adjust my life for these BIG wins!
  7. Butler will probably be the DL that goes unless something happens with Star. I still think there is a good chance that Star hangs up the cleats next year. Guys like Poyer and Beasley will also jump at the chance to move some salary money in a restructure bonus. Both have almost no guaranteed (dead money) left on their deals. I agree with a lot that @Dkollidas said in his post above. Beane has a lot of tools to sign the "Big 3" if he wishes. Of course that's supposing they don't want to leave for much bigger money somewhere else. I'm also with the crowd that thinks the 175 floor will be higher one way or the other. Fans got to start thinking that Buffalo is a destination point going forward!
  8. That will be said a lot this week but I think one big factor will counterweigh that notion. The Bills all know that this game "clinches" the AFC East. So they have a lot to play for. No way they want to have that possibly go to next weeks game in NE. I really hope it all goes as planned because having the boys go to NE all loose could be a fun show!
  9. I wouldn't count out the Colts from the Division Title just yet.
  10. Glad I was here with everyone for that game. Classic in all ways!
  11. Even with a loss tonight the ravens probably go 10-6.
  12. Can you imagine Baker tweeting to Josh and the Bills Mafia saying we should thank them for getting the Bills into the playoffs! Win it in Denver!
  13. Jags, Giants and Bengals are their remaining games. Most likely making the playoffs.
  14. ......that's all they got to do?!
  15. I just can't get myself to "root" for either of these teams. I'll just watch and hope they beat the crud out of each other.
  16. I don't either. Worried about clinching the Wildcard spot? The magic number for the Division is 1 (Bills win/Miami loss). This board would melt down if the Bills lose out. If they did lose there are a bunch of games just like tonight's game to clinch.
  17. Pittsburg fan friend of mine says Ben is done this year and they would be foolish to let him play his last year of his contract (2021) for a $41 Million cap hit. I agree with him. LOL, would a Sam Darnold trade be so crazy?
  18. Living up here in Colorado it's mentioned quite a lot. Here is just one article about players decisions. I also imagine there are different degrees to this condition. https://steelersdepot.com/2018/11/the-doctor-is-in-is-sickle-cell-trait-too-dangerous-in-denver/
  19. I already looked at that "worse case scenario". The Pats* clinching the Division for us by beating the Fish would be weird. They're killing me out there Whitey!
  20. Yep I agree. If all the other WRs are healthy going to DEN he probably waits one more week.
  21. Gabe Davis, a rookie starting in a big game. Also this might have been his first taste of cold weather. A Central Florida guy it might be the first game he seen snow! LOL.
  22. After Kroft walks I will bet that Knox gets another chance BUT Beane and McDermott will go the UFA route. It won't be a big name but I would bet a lot of TEs would like a chance to play with Josh Allen. They will wait another year before going to draft again if needed. I see a journeyman TE signed for cheap. Someone like a James O'Shaughnessy from JAX or the like. Don't flame me it's just what I think they are going to do. If he works out Lee Smith will be probably be gone by season start too.
