I'm just saying what I think they think.. Take it up with McDermott as to why. I probably would of stuck with Kroft myself.

I wouldn't go so far as to say "experimenting" and we all know Knox's issues. He has to step up in the next few games or he loses his job.

I am assuming they will let Kroft walk in FA and they are giving Knox every opportunity to show if he can be a TE1. If he doesn't show it they have to go and get another TE1 in the offseason and Knox will be a backup.

Just pound it in.

Thanks for the article. I too was among the few who believed something along these lines would happen. I'll add another reason for this (already have been a couple of good ones). IF the cap was going to cash strap a bunch of teams (Bills included) it would turn into a bargain basement situations for the few teams that will have a lot of money next year. It would be a huge unfair realignment of talent benefiting teams that were in the process of turning over their rosters.
