  1. What it will ultimately come down to in Top 51 Cap hit is less than $2M.
  2. I just posted in another thread that as of now Spotrac shows the pay cuts for Addison and Butler without any increase in guarantees. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/
  3. We'll have to wait to see I guess. Spotrac has Butler still as a FA next year and no change to Addison's guaranteed money for 2021 and 2022. Thanks for your info!
  4. Spotrac just updated the pay cut for Addison and Butler and their Dead Money stayed the same. At least that's as of now. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/
  5. It's probably a bit of "wishful thinking" on my part but it was obvious that last years reduced camp was spent almost completely on Josh and the passing game. I'm sure this year the running game will get a fair amount of attention.
  6. Technically upcoming FAs are still under contract until the first day of the new league year. So it's considered an extension. That's why they can't sign with another team until that day while cut players become FAs immediately and can sign with other teams. Ultimately it really doesn't matter.
  7. If you are using Spotrac and want to see players who have signed use the Free Agent info. Free Agents listed here are all the players available by any means (waived, cut or upcoming FAs). https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/
  8. $2M each for Butler and Addison. I see it this way, they took the pay cut to "hopefully" make the team. It seems that neither were given any additional guarantee that they ultimately make the team this year. If a D-Lineman in FA is a better fit I think Beane will do what he has to!
  9. Spotrac has the Williams contract in. Cap at $4.9M without the Butler/Addison pay cuts. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/
  10. Not yet. But what I'm seeing when everything is done that we have heard so far I expect the cap to be at $8M-$9M. That's enough to work with for the next few days. Lot's of wiggle room left with some restructures (if needed) and maybe a small cut/retirement/trade or two. Things looking real good so far. I'm prepared for more news!
  11. Exactly! I have to hand it to Mahomes he did the best for himself and the team with this move.
  12. Spotrac has all the Bills moves in except the Butler pay cut. Bills with $10.4M in cap! https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/
  13. It comes to $9M average for the 1st 2 years and $11.75 for the last 2 years?
  14. Details of MM's contract are in. Didn't see it from anyone else. Beane is a Wizard! https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/matt-milano-21905/
  15. Agree with the Cam is OK with everyone personality wise in NE. So the deal is now they sit at Pick #15 in the draft. It seems to me BB has to move up. The way I see it the highest they could get to is #4. No way NYJ and MIA trade. You willing to give up this and next years 1st's along with say a 3rd this year to move that far up?
  16. I have looked at their situation and while they can get some money in restructures it's not a lot. The biggest gain is restructuring Clark again. They can't get money from Mathieu unless the extend him (which is possible). After those 2 the rest of the players eligible to restructure is low money. Sort by Base Salary. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/kansas-city-chiefs/cap/
  17. I tend to agree with all you said especially the bolded. I will add that this year is unique and some GMs will be putting some hope in landing a couple of good players on short/cheaper deals. I'm willing to bet this is an option in Beane's mind. After the initial rush of FA players signed I like Beane's/Bills odds of picking up a couple of these players. It's a risk but I believe Buffalo is becoming a "destination" spot. I'm old enough to have patience and wait to see what the end result is after the draft!
  18. After the Cam news it seems to me that they intend to go to the draft for their starter.
  19. They are currently at -$11M. I don't think they will be bringing back Sheldon Rankins or Trey Hendrickson. If they are they got more players to cut/trade. Almost all the guys left with big money hits have been restructured already. I will admit I have taken some joy in watching their struggle this year. All their games have caught up to them!
  20. Lets say you're right. Who is going to be the starter? A free agent or a rookie? Do you have a couple of names?
