  1. Wow just checked on Hoyer. Since 2016 he has a 1-12 record as a starter.
  2. One option could be a DL player. After a few weeks of play just maybe someone sinks enough compared to the rest to be a cut.
  3. You don't need QBs when you plan to run a Double TE Wishbone Offense as BB plans to.
  4. Updated OP for start of season. Beane knows his stuff. $100k cap once the season starts. For anyone who cares the 2022 Cap is $22M with 35 players signed. I know a lot of fans don't care about the cap but I know Beane does.
  5. Yes it does, I was just reading up about him.
  6. I remember a lot of board posters including myself thinking he was going to be the pick before Knox. He seems to be a disappointment so far but let's see what he can do.
  7. Sorry, I have to do this.
  8. Yes I am but my point was to show the number only without having to hover over it. 1 - 8.
  9. Right now if you hover over it shows a number out of 8. What if you just showed the number 1 thru 8.
  10. Oh they all have to rotate. These new players are all worthless and weak. Sestak, McDole and Dunaway never had to "rotate"! Why back in my day................................................................................................................is it time for Wheel of Fortune?
  11. Yes. Cap hit for Bills are like $160k this year and $500k next year.
  12. I'm now hoping it's an OT. Pretty thin there. Both OL are interior on the PS.
  13. Looks fine with me. You da boss!
  14. Edited the OP to update Ferguson re-signing and Stevenson IR move.
  15. Just seen on Spotrac that Reid Ferguson signed a 1 year $990k contract with the Bills. He had signed a 3 year extension earlier this year. I'm sure other news will be out soon to see if this is accurate. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/reid-ferguson-19383/ Reid Ferguson signed a 1 year, $990,000 contract with the Buffalo Bills, including an average annual salary of $990,000. In 2021, Ferguson will earn a base salary of $990,000, while carrying a cap hit of $990,000.
  16. The Bills have 6 former PS players this year on the 53 roster. Wallace, Obada, Kumerow, Zimmer, Jackson and Smith. As a development/emergency squad I think it has a good purpose.
  17. He will sign a "one day" contract before he retires so he can go into the HOF as a Bill.
  18. Well the "gentlemen's agreement" were nothing but fan speculation. Next Hollister is a FA now. He and his agent no doubt are looking to get him signed to a 53 roster somewhere. Morris (some thought maybe Becker) was next man up for the PS. There is a chance no team wants Hollister on the 53 then he will have to look for a PS team. Maybe that could be Buffalo. During the season the PS does have a lot of turnover.
  19. If I was still a gambling man I would think they are looking for an OT cut from another team.
  20. Wow all former players. Beane and McDermott definitely keeping the entire band together.
  21. It is unusual to say the least. One option could be that they evaluate the 11 in the beginning of the season. If there is no early injuries maybe a move is made to get that down to 10 and another position is brought in. Maybe?
  22. You and others have made that point but now is the time to see whether or not Beane and McDermott's plan this year works. They seem to be going in with the continuity being extremely important. Iron sharpening iron type of reasoning is part of that. Guess all that is left for me is watching to see what unfolds in a long season.
  23. Well Beane has set his roster and he and his guys have "crossed the Rubicon". All that is left is to see if you or he are correct.
  24. All true. Worth mentioning as I did in my OP is that teams are still under the "Top 51" rule until the start of the season. I also agree that Dawkins in a good candidate for a small restructure.
  25. You stop that right now mister. Everyone knows TE is a bust!
