  1. Devin put a lot of work in last off season and it seemed to change and elevate his game. Moss needs to make a jump in his game too if he wants to stay relevant in the NFL. I'm hoping he does.
  2. .......and Bates.
  3. An old Atlantic City comedian Charlie Prose use to tell that joke!
  4. He just said a couple days ago he put on some "winter weight" and is up to 245.
  5. I'm hearing this and will have to take your word for it as I'm not a huge college fan. The only 2 teams above them maybe in QB play is Detroit and Houston. Then the decision is whether to pick up Jones' 5th. If they don't then a tear down is maybe in play.
  6. I don't think Joe Schoen is going to be concerning himself too much about McKenzie. His biggest decision is QB. Keep Jones and pick up his 5th or trade up to #1 with the Jags and have his choice of QBs? He's got more than enough draft capital to do that.
  7. Yep I said the same. It will be interesting to see if Schoen has the green light to turn over the roster ala Beane and McDermott in Buffalo. Giants got a lot of picks but no money. I expect Joe trades/cuts some of the older high dollar players. Giants are now one of the teams I watch a little closer in the off season.
  8. Well there it is so congrats Joe. Let's hope that him and Beane can do some win/win trades!
  9. It's true some team might do that but only 33 WRs in the league make $6M a year or more. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/rankings/average/wide-receiver/
  10. He would be Beasley's replacement. I don't want to see Cole traded or cut but he is one of the few who will just be a cap casualty.
  11. Yep, and since he is back on the field he is playing his best at the WR spot. He started the last 2 games and I'm curious if he starts Sunday night. I guess we shall see.
  12. If he continues playing well he will be back in Buffalo on a 3 year deal next season. 3,4,5 million for the 3 years ($12M total) gets it done IMO. I don't see him wanting to leave and I see his best football is still in front of him.
  13. What good teams have developed a Day 3 draft pick QB in the last 10 years? Dak? He wasn't developed he was thrown into the starter role from day 1. Maybe Cousins and Foles. So, it comes down to a couple of guys out of 32 teams for 10 or more years. It just seems wiser to let other teams mess around with all that and get a backup with a little experience.
  14. With Josh signed for so long I just don't see the need to try to develop a rookie QB. Some proven backup level QBs fits the need. Backup QB has a big role in helping the 2nd string depth offense improve. Bring in camp arms every year and keep one on the PS squad.
  15. Jacoby Brissett is my UFA pick by far from the guys that are currently available. I don't think the Bills go with an old QB (someone over say 32). Josh is way past that need. Also, I don't see a guy that is too young and inexperienced. His pay is now trending down so he won't cost too much and a 2-year deal would be the ticket. If he fits in and settles in as a backup for the rest of his career, he could end up staying for a little longer.
  16. I liked " If you down 27-0 you should be banned from the playoffs for 2 years"!
  17. Wow some of those camera angles were just awesome!
  18. Thanks. This Annie Agar is an interesting young woman. I hope she is picked up by NFL Network and not ESPN. I can see a bright future for her! https://thesportssection.com/annie-agars-meteoric-rise-to-social-media-stardom/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=article-sharing
  19. I know same here. You can't stop the quoted stuff. I wish there was an option for that.
  20. I'm older than I care to think about!
  21. I can guarantee I won't.
  22. Agree. If Morse wants to play he stays. He also has the perfect contract that can be played with to free up some cap.
  23. I too think a 1st round tender is too much for a G. At most the 2nd round at $3.9M or what you said.
  24. I have him on ignore and I still agree.
  25. Yes. I personally think that if the Titans lose, Bills and Chiefs coaches/players/fans will know the winner hosts the AFCCG. How could anyone not want that! I may have to fly into Buffalo (even if I don't go to the game) to share the experience with family and friends. Now that I'm retired I just might stick around for the Super Bowl if things worked out the way we all hope.
