    OTC is -$4.5M. Spotrac is usually closer to the truth although at this time of year there is all kinds of adjusting going on. I posted a bit ago that the Bills will have to restructure or cut/trade players just to re-sign some of their own FAs let alone others. None of this will matter because these free agent threads will be with us until the draft.
