  1. BB legacy can be argued by anyone who wants to. All I care about is how his team plays this year. It's about the present and future, not the past for me.
  2. The hurry up play was stupid. No reason for that.
  3. Yep. No deep safety on that play.
  4. On my Roku it has the options by scrolling down from the main Game Start Screen.
  5. Nah, kick it high and 40 yards and I'm fine with it.
  6. He's got a lot of practice tonight.
  7. Not this time either. Try again later.
  8. Give it time. It will turn into an Edmunds thread shortly.
  9. Well KC didn't automatically score a TD.
  10. His left wrist has an ow wee. Can't stiff arm.
  11. Try putting some tinfoil on the rabbit ears.
  12. Agree. Looks good to me.
  13. Too early to say who to root for IMO. It is just going to be interesting to see what this game turns into. We all been saying the AFCW is going to beat each other up. I would like to see it start tonight.
  14. OK, I'm not saying that the Titans are not a decent football team. I just want to put the first half of last year's Titans game into perspective. Bills drive to the Titans 5, stall, kick FG (3-0). Bills drive to the Titans 5, stall, kick FG (6-0). Sanders's penalty negates TD. Titans score on a 76-yard run up the middle by Henry (Henry had 143 yards and 76 came on that one play) (6-7) Bills drive and score a TD (Diggs) (13-7). Titans drive to Bills 25, kick FG (Tannehill passing, Henry had 1 yard on drive) (13-10) Bills on first play of next drive Allen INT returned to Bills 11-yard line. Titans scored TD (Tannehill run) (13-17) Bills drive and score TD (Beasley) (20-17) End of the Half. Halftime score (Bills receive 2nd half kick) - Bills lead 20-17. How are the Titans even in this game? 3 bad plays (Long run, JA INT and a penalty by Bills). Plus, the Bills stall on 2 drive inside the 10. This game could have been 28-3 at halftime. I'm not going to get into the 2nd half with a called back KO TD return and a JA slip. Final score 33-31. The Titans did not beat up the Bills, the Bills handed the game to the Titans and still almost won on their last play!
  15. I could see a RB not dressing a couple times throughout the year. I just think it's a bad idea to put Cook in street clothes Monday. He is after all a 2nd round pick. Bills typically will sit an OL and DL player every week, so that leaves 3 others. I would think if all others were healthy, it rotates around with a DB, WR, LB, RB and TE depending on schemes. The rookies like Shakir (already sat once) Spector, Morris (ditto), Cook all will sit at times with Lewis and another young vet or two. Once the season gets older injuries start to fill those spots and then it's up to "going with what is left" or occasional PS guy dressing. Your point about Cook having to fill in if Moss or Devin get nicked up is spot on. He has to get some snaps now.
  16. Yep, "reap rewards".
  17. Exceptionally rare. I know how to figure it happening two times in a row. 1.8% comes to a 1/56 odds. For 2 times in a row, you multiply the odds. 1/56 x 1/56 = 1/3,136. What I can't remember is how to do "this happens 3 out of 4 times" calculations. I must have killed those brain cells year ago. Probably during the drought!
  18. OK. I stick the fork in. From Week #12 in 2017 until end of Week #1 in 2022, I get 1,136 games. That comes to a 2.8% occurrence rate. But there are 2 teams playing each game so the % would be halved for any "team" having a no-punt game. That's a 1.4% chance. Now the odds of the same team having say 3 of the last 4 games played with no punts has to be really high. I used to know the formula basics for that, I'll try to figure it out.
  19. There are a lot of fans thinking Cook will be sitting out the next game by being in McDermotts doghouse. I just don't see that happening. Now if after the game and during the week Cook copped some kind of attitude about all the talks I'm sure he got about the fumble, then yes, he's in the doghouse. I want all 3 RBs dressing as much as possible. Not only for this year but if Singletary is not on the roster next year, then Cook has to get snaps and not sit the bench. Moss will not be the primary back next season. I think a snap count mix somewhere around 55/30/15 for Devin/Zack/James would be a good plan against the Titans. Zack of course in on a lot of passing plays.
  20. Thank you for mentioning that. Add the JA slip and it's a completely different game. Bills outplayed the Titans and that crazy 70+ TD run by Henry after the Sanders penalty and the JA INT swung the whole game. The way I saw it, the Bills threw the game away more than the Titans winning it. Note from the Rams game. Bills with 2 false starts on offense and 2 holding penalties on D was good to see. One of those was on Phillips during a running play that they never replayed. So, all in all, the Bills played a clean game. The one taunting penalty on Dane was stupid. Bills could have had another one of those on Diggs. I hope McDermott gets that under control.
  21. A 16-week schedule equates to 256 games per year. A 17-week schedule has 272 games per year. That's regular season only. There has to be a lot more than 672 games played since November of 2017.
  22. I was using just the Josh Allen and Von Miller thing during the off season. BUT then I remembered that Case Keenum was Josh Elway's answer to the QB problem and that's why they didn't take JA. I smiled and started adding it. The funny thing is a lot of Bronco fans have to think about who it was. They are not that smart, so you got to lead some of them to the answer. Enjoy using it!
