  1. But it's the OC who is calling the plays. It's how well these plays are called in sequence and how well they are disguised. Look at Reid. After Hill left the O is taking what the D gives them. Mahomes is meticulously moving the ball down the field. It's not rocket science, it's cat and mouse. That's as much of a skill as designing the plays (which is also important). Dorsey is new to all of this. He and McDermott know what has to be done, they just have to execute it better. Josh being off is hurting BUT a good OC has to know how to get a QB back on track. Like I posted earlier, IMO Dorsey started out on fire and now DCs got tape on him. The ball is literally back in his court. We will have to see how he handles it.
  2. Why people can't understand this is a puzzlement.
  3. Dorsey started out great. After a few games the DCs got film on him. He needs to counter to protect what was working. Bills needs to add other schemes to his attack. It's rinse and repeat for any good OC. That's how I see it. It seems pretty obvious.
  4. Get Ed Oliver to pick up the guys near the stadium.

  6. Enjoy your trip. I'll hold down the fort!
  7. Spotrac has them paying out $218M this year in cash. They also still owe Gruden money from the settlement in 2021.
  8. They only have 5 WRs on the roster. I'd be willing to think he may have a spot. Then again, he might just get cut and end up on the PS.
  9. What the Chiefs do is going to be what they do. The Bills need to dig down and worry about one game at a time. Reality is a Bills loss and a Pats* win puts the Bills in the AFCE basement. That needs to be their motivation for Sunday against the Browns and not what the KC Chiefs are doing.
  10. Ultimately it is on McDermott. The question I have is, has McDermott already addressed this to Dorsey and Allen and nothing has changed. Dorsey has been described as a "highly intensive" person and we know that Josh can get that way too. I find it hard to believe that McDermott, who tends to be a little conservative, hasn't given his input. The play in question is only one example of how I'm yelling at my TV for them to take what the D is giving. I seem to be saying that a lot in the last number of games.
  11. He's put permanently on IR for the remainder of the year.
  12. Reverse the curse!
  13. That's crazy. Colorado Springs, Colorado doesn't get that much all year. We average 32" a year.
  14. A man's got to do what a man's got to do. Enjoy your life.
  15. Josh is playing like crap. This has happened before. My question is can Dorsey do what Daboll has done in the past and get Josh right again?
  16. I believe they miss his maturity. If McDermott hasn't yet he needs to step in and calm these 2 guys down. Just for the record, I'm not saying Dorsey cannot be a great OC, but to be one you have to show you can run all types of plays when needed.
  17. You take a deep breath. I'm sticking with what I've been saying for weeks, Dorsey has not proved to me at all that he can proficiently use the talent he has on the offense. McDermott needs to step in and get this right. Then again maybe Sean has and it's still not catching on.
  18. I mentioned this over a week ago. Allen is pushing way too much, and Dorsey as OC should be reigning him in. My personal opinion is Dorsey won't do that because he is too young and inexperienced, and I believe has too much off a "red bull" high himself. Between Dorsey and Allen there is zero patience in the offense to just have a long meticulous drive. McDermott has to see this after this game and needs to step in and be the "adult" in the room. This is going to be a horrible week to post on this board.
  19. You know nothing about football and who says who plays. It's been a lot of posts of yours, not just this stupid thread that makes you "ignorable".
  20. Finish these guys off. Go Bills.
