Against my better judgment I will respond to your question. Please read this very slowly. A plowed street next to the stadium was never in my conversation. My statement about clearing the snow had to do with the snow INSIDE (let me repeat myself) INSIDE the stadium. They have things called "snow shovels" that have to move the snow, by hand, out of every row, just to begin with. You do realize that the TV crews and operations would have to be getting ready today. So, (once again follow closely) the stadium would have needed to already be cleared for that to be happening. So, my "California cousin", you see I am not "flat wrong". Good day.

They had an option of flying out Sunday too. You think these guys (especially the ones with young families) wanted to stay in a hotel in Cheektowaga while their wives and kids were in one of the worse snowstorms in Buffalo history? Guys coming back from practice Thursday evening saying, "Sorry honey, I got to leave RIGHT NOW! Hope you and the kids are going to be OK. Hope the power doesn't go out and be sure to keep those furnace vents clear. Love you!" They trusted the science that said they would have 2 windows to fly out, and the meteorologists were spot on. I swear the drama on this board sometimes is borderline juvenile. Everything worked out fine, even with the extra 2 feet of snow.

Can you imagine the stories and talk on the flight to Detroit about this snowstorm, especially from the southern and southwestern guys? I wish someone would video it.

They already said they couldn't get a charter flight in time before the first wave of snow hit and the airport closed. They're flying out now and I think it was good the players got to be home to experience this stuff with their families. It's all good.

That's a great plan. During the game I was calling for a play action swing pass to get a few yards. I'm critical of Dorsey but I do have some patience. Fans could hate on some of Daboll's calls, but he did like to do things that kept the D guessing. It's a tough balance.

WGRZ anchor ladies just interviewed the Orchard Park Police Chief. They asked about how the Bills players and staff are going to get out of OP and get to the airport. The Chief just gave a grin and said "without getting into any of the details" there will be a lot of help to get them safely out for the game.

I think this whole snow event (can't get more Buffalo than that) will clear their minds. It's the distraction they needed.

WGRZ just reported that the Bills players are gathering at the Stadium, and they will have transportation to the airport from there.

Watching the Channel 2 news this morning says OP so far has 77 inches. 6'5" they said is a "Josh Allen" worth of snow! LOL.
