  1. FuboTV has a 7-day free trial. I'd sign up for that and then cancel after the 7 days. https://www.fubo.tv/signup?ftv_campaign=USA-SEM-Sports-League-Football-NFL
  2. Great! The Dolphins have to play in LA Sunday and will fly back after their loss only to fly into Buffalo Friday night to lose again on Saturday. Sounds good to me!
  3. I agree someone is going to get hurt but I'm not saying it should be illegal. I will say I think the DCs will start to look at this and try to find a way to counter it. I got mixed feelings about it.
  4. They had 3 days off. How they spend it is up to them. There were no scheduled practices during that time. They just went through a crazy 12 day stretch and I'm sure that everyone needed a mini-break. They get a full normal week with a home game. It's working out perfect for them.
  5. If they think the Baker Mayfield is going to turn into a great mentor for the rookie, then they should do it. I think he would be a disaster in that role, and he may not want to do it in the first place. He's an UFA next year. If I was the Texans GM, I would pursue a Jacoby Brissett/Teddy Bridgewater type guy to mentor and play until the rookie is ready. Heck, I'd pay Cooper Rush $3M before I would have Baker on my team! As you can see, I'm not a big fan of the Baker Mayfield! LOL.
  6. Why would they take any chance to win games and give up the overall #1 pick?
  7. The Texans will have the 1st pick and will take the best QB in the draft. Why would they need Mayfield? They need the best backup QB who can help the rookie and that surely is not Mayfield. The only QB needy teams below the Colts are the Saints (who don't have a 1st round pick) and the Panthers. I think they would be foolish not to go for QB#2 in the draft. Keeping Matt Ryan will ensure that will happen. IMO.
  8. The 4-8-1 Colts would be insane to pick him up. The last thing they need is to win a couple more games. Colts have a bye then play the Vikings, Chargers, Giants and end the season with the Texans. They should be in full tank mode.
  9. Maybe there is something sinister going on, but I see the "news" coming out because they saw he is still not working out.
  10. The facts are that OBJ is not yet able to work out for teams. Once he can and gets released to play it will take a few weeks to get back in game shape. My point is why would the Bills want that if he isn't ready real soon? What the Cowboys do is their own business, and I could care less if they want to take on a huge risk.
  11. Let's wait to see how the rest of the games play out before talking #6 pick to the Eagles. Tonight's game against the Bucs could be a big game to determine who wins the NFCS. A Saints win and they are a half game out of first with a much easier schedule than the Bucs.
  12. The guy isn't even working out for teams. If he can't play full time by the Bengals game, what use is he. Do fans really think the Bills would sign and play a guy with no time in the system for only the playoffs? I think it would be a huge disruption and a mistake. I think the juicy rumors have dried up for the Bills.
  13. This whole thing is getting to be like a sitcom.
  14. You just posted a post.
  15. My comment was a general, "you never know' what next year will mean with any player from any team.
  16. Then the fools should realize that Mahomes in his 5th year only had a $7M cap hit. Then again, I've have been told that the cap doesn't mean anything, so the Chiefs were totally stupid not restructuring Mahomes contract down to $1M instead of taking a $35M hit this year. LOL. Chiefs are just being Chiefy!
  17. Nope. Ryan was so bad they went to a 6th round QB who performed to his draft status. It should have slapped Ryan in the face to get his act together. That last drive sure didn't prove he can still be a decent NFL QB.
  18. He ought to be. But he just had 2 crappy incompletions and followed it up with an INT.
  19. I'm just confused as to where the posters are that have incessantly told me about how the Bills have so many deficiencies compared to the Chiefs, Dolphins, Titans, Jets and Chargers? I know the Patriots talk ended Thursday, but I would have thought they were ready for today.
  20. Notice you haven't been on this site for a good number of hours. Were you not happy with today's results? Was wondering what your insightful opinion was of the Chiefs and Dolphins OL and their respective dropped passes?
  21. I'm not going to apologize for this LAMP post. Watching football for more years than I care to admit, suffice it to say, it might be prudent to never think (or post) things way ahead of what might happen. Watching the games and enjoying the result, is much more fun than guessing what might happen while it's still not finished. IMHO. Go Bills!
