Did not listen to any predictions or hype for this game. Not even the pregame show. KC should win but it is being played on a Saturday. Any given Saturday.

It seems to me that the Bills have to draft a starting day 1 RG early in the draft. They also need to draft a future replacement for Morse a couple of rounds later. Throw in a WR and S and the top 4 rounds are covered, and you can't rely on any of the later rounds will be starters. Trying to draft a RT too just seems to be too much. If Morse is injured, you can't have the entire C/RG/RT all be rookies. It's not going to happen. Spencer Brown needs to improve, and I think he has a good chance to do that. He will be the Bills starting RT going into the 2023 season.

JoPo's message to Bills Mafia
ColoradoBills replied to Toomstone.Part.Duex's topic in The Stadium Wall
No one wants to see Poyer go but it is the most likely scenario. While the cap can be "managed and manipulated" to a certain degree it does limit what teams can realistically do, despite what some fans think. Poyer will see what the market will bring him. I can see some team needing to build a D that has money and pick paying him some big $s. Heck, the Bears could sign him to a 3 year $15M per contract that they can get out of after 2 without blinking. There's no way Brandon Beane can make that work. -
Of course it is. There is so many sports shows that the material is so diluted they have to do things to "keep peoples attention". It's why we have "clickbait". Having everyone "pick" the winner helps with the gambling too. Everyone's an expert. I can care less about this stuff and probably shouldn't have even posted, but it's so unimportant.

I'm constantly dumbfounded why people concern themselves about sport media's "opinions". The other stupid thing is making everyone choose a team to win. I'm surprised the cameramen don't get a pick. How about giving a choice of "too close to call, that's why I want to watch the friggin' game"! SMFH.

The playoffs are a whole new beast. I've read this thread this week and I hear all the stats of the season being thrown around and personally, I don't put much stock in it. It's one-game seasons every week now. This current Bills organization/team has been to the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years. This team knew it would make the playoffs this year and that it would likely be because they would be the AFCE Division Champions. This week's game is nothing new for them. Everyone at OBD knows what it takes to win and how quickly a loss can send them home. I'm confident that a large number of players will step it up and push themselves Sunday to get the prize they all want. Gabe's play last Sunday has to be an inspiration to the team. He played the way needed to do what it takes to win. The one regret that I think everyone has, is that Von Miller is not playing. While that is unfortunate, every team has similar challenges. We've waited all year for this game and so have the players! Go Bills.

Josh Allen Bashers, what's your solution?
ColoradoBills replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall
I moved to Colorado in Elways first year and watched his whole career. Josh Allen is unique. -
Just posted this in the Smith contract thread. Spotrac has Edmunds Market Value at $11M was $14M. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tremaine-edmunds-25111/market-value/

FWIW Spotrac has lowered Edmunds Market Value to $11M per year on a 4 year contract. That's down from $14M previously. Not sure why or if it will get corrected. I thought the $14M was fair but if Beane could get him for under that.........................do it. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tremaine-edmunds-25111/market-value/

Gotta be that new math I keep hearing about. -
Josh Allen Bashers, what's your solution?

Not going to happen. As someone posted today in one of the threads ......................................... -
If the Bills only scored 30 points a game, they would have only 2 losses. The Bills D keeps a lot of teams from scoring points. Their worse games were 33 against the Vikings and 31 against the Dolphins yesterday. As was stated many times the O gave a lot of points to Miami yesterday but they still lost the game.

Josh Allen Bashers, what's your solution?
ColoradoBills replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes. It has put some added pressure on the D but even with a depleted secondary for most of the season they have come through so far. Yesterday put pressure on the OL too having to hold on while Josh found his receiver but that's just the tradeoff you have to accept. It's not exactly what I wanted to see this year and being up in age I'm more conservative in my life than I used to be, but Josh is entering his prime and I am more than willing to see what he can really do. -

The Farve comparison is good, but JA is a better QB IMO and the Bills have a pretty good organization around him. We have to see how it all plays out in the end. Daboll had Josh a bit on a leash and Dorsey is letting Josh be himself this year. We will soon see if it works, and I wouldn't bet against him. Plenty of time to change the schemes in years to come. -
Totally agree on QBs targeting the one-on-one but a lot of teams would have the receivers peel off a little more vs the number of deep balls we've seen. Then again, no QB has the rocket that Josh has and not many QBs can stand in the pocket (or roll and evade) the all out blitz's like Josh can.

The question you may want to ask is, does Josh want to play that way?
