Dude, first off, why are you thinking I'm singling you out? Second, I have a 90 year old mother who just was in the ER for the exact same thing. It's a hard thing to deal with. Third, if you want me to feel bad about the Bills winning and want to caution my enthusiasm, it's not going to work. I will not apologize for being a fan of this team, happy they won and not having to read dozens of doomsday threads. I hope you mom recovers well.

Detriment to the team.

I'm surprised that so many fans that started threads last Monday night are MIA's right now. What's up with that? The fans remaining on the board are like the Maytag repair man. It's OK to be a Buffalo Bills fan and be happy. You guys can still post.

Talk About Bouncing Back - Week 2 Review
ColoradoBills replied to KingBoots8's topic in The Stadium Wall
So you want Bills fans to hold out hoping that things turn bad? Live happy or die, maybe that's the mantra. -

Is Josh a mediocre QB right now? And does it matter?
ColoradoBills replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I go by your statistical measurement stated in the OP and the conclusions are that Trevor Siemian and Case Keenum are better QBs in the NFL than Josh Allen, then I will have to say your assumptions, using that data only, is incorrect. My points about variables are true. Here is a "variable". What are Tom Brady's chances of becoming the GOAT if he was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the 7th round (LB Sekou Sanyika) instead of by the New England Patriots in the 6th? -

I was a data geek in my job and now that I'm retired, I still have spreadsheets giving me "directions" in my personal life. While I enjoy the data and statistics in football, there are so many variables that go into numbers like this. When you add in the play of the complete team rosters, scheduling, team placements in divisions and conferences, weather, coaching and simple good or bad luck (just to name a few) I have to beware of their results. Josh Allen is an elite athlete and is still young enough for none of us to know what his ultimate career results will be. We all know how close the team (and by extension) Josh Allen was 2 years ago from winning it all. My opinion FWIW (and that isn't much). -
Good breakdown of the McTua Cheetahcode Offense
ColoradoBills replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
You bring up an interesting point, but wouldn't it just change the need for the QB "elites" to "skill position" elites? How many of these speedy elite skill players are sitting around? Tua will get paid by Miami IMO and then they will have the same issues as other teams. -
Can we talk about Gabe Davis's performance?
ColoradoBills replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe some fans do wish he "becomes" elite. I said he looked good and deserves more targets. He went 4 for 4 and is after all a 1st round pick that has fans hopeful. I case you don't realize it you are replying to every Kincaid post in every thread this week. I have to say newcam, your anti-Kincaid rhetoric is bordering on crusading. -
Week 2 Bills vs Raiders Home Opener!

Couldn't agree more. A percentage of those catches with a broken tackle can also add to some good YAC. -
Terry Pegula has shown me nothing to make me believe that he is a "racist" or would have made those remark. His devotion to his wife, who is a champion of inclusion and diversity, is well known and her life story which Terry has bonded with, contradicts these "allegations". There would have to be concrete evidence with a contextual nature of true "racism" for me to change my mind. Some may laugh at me, but I do sympathize with what Terry and Kim must be feeling right now. Money doesn't stop a feeling so hurtful that he had to use the word "disgusted" and "horrified" in his statement. This, on top of Kim's health struggles must be creating a somber atmosphere in a home that has had its share of challenges lately. We all have seen what an emotional guy he is. 2 years ago, there was threads on this forum pushing a narrative exactly opposite of what is now being believed by some. I believe Terry is proud of what his wife was championing and what her life story was that shaped her life and family. Unfortunately, all her work is being replaced with the current media hype and reshaping their public persona.
