Best defense this season maybe, not best ever. IMHO, the product of the NFL is out of whack. A few very good teams, several very poor teams, the rest are 8-8 ish teams. It’s hard to judge quality with that distribution of quality.

There was a comment in last night’s game that Brady is a little frustrated with young receivers who don’t always know what to do or where to go. Veteran presence will be a big deal for him.

I don’t know where to begin with my disagreements. Too many. But a fun thought exercise.

Who’s in charge of beating it into Josh’s head to throw the ball away, take the easy pass, don’t tuck and run, don’t hold the ball too long, recognize a blitz, not every pass should be full speed, etc? Josh is getting better at those things. Slowly. I’m not sure how much of this stuff is on Daboll, and how much is on Josh. It’s hard to judge the play design and play calls without understanding the division of responsibilities. It’s getting better, but I still think they have a way to go. B- now, but I could see that going up or down over the next several games.

There are a lot of bad teams this year, and a few very good teams. I think every team has the easiest schedule they’ve ever had.

She’s got old lady legs. Plastic lips. Crazy, and probably not in a good way. I’m pretty sure I would disappoint her, and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t care.

I like the way he wraps himself around the ball and gets tackled without drama. He’s not a big guy by football standards. Self preservation and ball security are more important than one more yard.

Offensive Line is a big need IMHO. Josh is under pressure too often. However, I doubt that any team is in a position to trade away a better than average O Lineman.

Early in the game there was a pass to DiMarco in the flats that resulted in a 27 yard gain. I’ve always liked that play (Sam Gash). I was really happy to see them use it successfully.
