  1. EJ was a fine quarterback. His only problems were lack of any feel for the game and an inability to complete passes, even very short ones.
  2. He'll be moved around, keeping teams off balance.
  3. It feels like Smith has been around forever. Are we gonna block this year!
  4. Fisher was trolling for someone. We'll likely find out who.
  5. When I witness the level of coaching during these playoffs, it makes me sick to think we had a dud like Housley around for a few years.
  6. I believe we have a receivers coach and a TE with 4 years experience, which certainly qualifies as "veteran experience."
  7. Anyone for camp and exhibition games?
  8. Not saying I necessarily want the guy but we'll have regrets if he kills us as a Pat.
  9. Not saying I necessarily want the guy but we'll laugh last when he kills us as a Pat.
  10. No, poor thing. Murphy had a history of injuries, which is why the Redskins no longer wanted him. Has he fully satisfied you as a key contributor to our defense? If so, go for it. I hope Ansah can turn it around if we sign him, but it's a risky proposition given his injury history. But who's into nuance or logic.
  11. Not sure what all the hype is all about. Ansah may have been great but now appears to be an injury waiting to happen. The Bills already have a defensive end, Murphy, with this background. How much has he contributed, especially at his salary? Perhaps we should cool it on the board and let the medics figure it all out.
  12. Do you know he's healthy? Or perhaps Terry's money comes free?
  13. No thanks. But make up the jersey for yourself; Dallas will wonder as well.
  14. You left out a significant part of the equation: it's called a new offensive line.
  15. The Bisons of that era were generally attuned to the average fan. My cousin lived in an apartment development near UB. A number of Bisons were his neighbors: Eddie Kazak (former major leaque third baseman, Al Federoff etc.). We were in awe and sometimes hung around outside until they left for the ballpark. They were always engaging and friendly, willing to spend time with some local kids.
  16. Should we be impressed by your keen insights on Gronk's finances? Perhaps he owns the bank. Who cares!
  17. Appears to be doing just fine.
  18. He can still play, perhaps on a more limited basis. He showed it the few times Brady went to him in the Super Bowl.
  19. Luke was God throughout WNY. I was at the game he hit the first homer ever over the center field wall at Offerman Stadium. Following the game, the area outside the Bison's dressing room was totally blocked by autograph seekers waiting for Luke to emerge. He spent as long as he had to signing programs. I still have mine, along with the vivid memories of the community owned Bisons.
  20. How about planting in their minds the seed about a stadium in downtown Buffalo!
