  1. All speculation aside, it was a mistake getting rid of Cassell, except, of course, for those yelling for it to happen. Our season could be lost as a result of that move. And should TT really be running a lot more rather than selectively as he was?
  2. Matt's clearly not too bright. Or perhaps he found a lady friend in Hotlanta.
  3. Right now he's, arguably, our defensive MVP.
  4. He's a good blocker. Have you seen the offensive line run block? Take anything you can get up front.
  5. We have a reputation. It will take more than one game to deflate it.
  6. He played through injury last year, with heart. Why should he go out there before he's ready and possibly re-injure it? Hopefully, he's back Sunday and we will, as Keyshon Johnson famously said, "throw the damn ball" a lot.
  7. The ball wasn't coming to him. Everyone seems to want Tyrod to run more, and risk injury, when perhaps he should be spreading the ball around more to the likes of Clay, Harvin, and the backs. When Watkins gets back, this could be interesting. We also now have Gllmore healthy and playing well.
  8. Depression is a bad thing. You can lose all touch with reality and what is possible.
  9. We really need Karlos back more than anyone else. If Watkins is back as well, it will give Cinci all sorts of things to think about. And by the way, someone needs to tell Henderson to start playing football. We have to stop playing one half of a football game (two weeks in a row). Coaches need to make adjustments, as needed, early.
  10. We need Williams in the backfield ASAP (hope, hope). Even with the mediocre run blocking he hits any crease hard and fast. It would buy time until McCoy gets healthy.
  11. Does Henderson need to be benched to light a fire and activate his brain, or is he just not good?
  12. Would be nice to make some adjustments when the problem surfaces. If you don't start playing until your into the second half, good teams are goning to kill you. Plus, if you're really well prepared, adjustments should be minor and not of the type we've had to make the last two games.
  13. Boom didn't gain much but did show some quickness.
  14. I saw Henderson on the field but was he playing?
  15. Two receivers that many wanted to cut in the preseason, Hogan and Gilmore, played very well today. Oh, I forgot that Hogan's not a burner and can't help us much.
  16. Really good player but . . .
  17. Ya think? Two games in the row they looked like they had no preparation for the game deep into the second half. The only game they looked well coached was the opener.
  18. If that was a penalty dogs are cats.
