  1. My gut feeling is that Ragland will really help.
  2. That plate could significantly impact his speed.
  3. Perhaps the Laughing Man got tired of howling at the Bills. One can only shake one's head so many times before the arthritis sets in. But it's a new season. And physical therapy helps; for some it's a shrink.
  4. Not much is in Laurel, MD.
  5. Get the wide receiver at one, the corner at two, and the offensive tackle at three, unless you want the linebacker more at three.
  6. Maybin, Williams, and Losman come close, but the winner has to be Walt Patulski. He was the first pick in the draft, an All American, and winner of other awards such as the Lombardi Trophy. As a Bill, he was as bad if not worse than all the other losers they've drafted at number one.
  7. Since ESPN's ratings are falling, sign his "little" bro as well. We certainly learned that two Ryans are worse than one. But perhaps the network can't fit them both on a single screen, especially if you want to include the hair.
  8. If Gilmore doesn't tackle and holds as often as he did in Buffalo, Bill may well regret this signing and proceed accordingly. And by the way, there's something called the draft coming up.
  9. Agreed. However, it's only a part of the equation. The make-up of the individual player is absolutely critical. There are so many examples of players with talent who just didn't have the fire, determination, adaptability, and/or intelligence, no matter how well they were coached, to succeed. Anyone for Walt Patulski or Mike Williams?
  10. Played it more than once.
  11. When you cannot throw accurately and have no feel for the game, you aren't going be productive in the NFL, period period period
  12. You obviously didn't watch Unitas on a regular basis.
  13. What was Lacy playing at in Green Bay? He never looked that heavy.
  14. Thanks for all the comments about DTV. I've been thinking about switching from cable to DTV, primarily for the football package and because Comcast has become ridiculously pricey. But this gives me pause. Does DTV also have a hockey package?
  15. Easier said than done. That's almost like saying "EJ has to step it up become an effective quarterback."
  16. Keeping Wood might be a big gamble. Age, injuries.
  17. Micah Hyde is chopped liver. Now I know.
