Undoubtedly the Bills know who they want. Most seem to believe it has to be one of the top names. I'm not so sure because, as noted above, they have too many needs that won't get fulfilled if they give up the store to move further up. And if two of the guys they really like are available following the first round, I'd consider taking them.
