  1. They predict a half inch of snow in DC and the entire city and Government closes down.
  2. Very interesting Dave. No idea either. Guess he still had some speed when he raced into that burning house to save his neighbor's life.
  3. Someone's going to regret not taking him. He did great at the combine and looked really good in the Senior Bowl. This team has so many things to fix or improve that it would be a mistake to dump most of our top picks into into a top tier quarterback that's not a near consensus pick. And does it make sense to break the draft pick bank for a quarterback that might get "killed" because we didn't bring quality offensive linemen in? Then everyone would be yelling we should have saved our picks. Plus, even consensus guys can turn out to be a Ryan Leaf. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills front office thinks along the same lines.
  4. I suspect he's in good company as he gets "older in years."
  5. Rudolph at #74 nowhere near the top rated quarterbacks.
  6. Care to explain why Rosen is VASTLY overrated given the numbers he put up in the PAC on a team with a mediocre offensive line and average receivers?
  7. How dare you be logical!
  8. As I mentioned earlier, he might be bipolar. If so, he could change his mind.
  9. This is, indeed, unfortunate but may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. With an additional major need to fill we cannot afford to give away the house to move up for one of the highly rated quarterbacks. We can still get a decent prospect to develop with all the talent out there this year. Also, bringing in a good young guard for a number of years is necessary since RI was only going to be around for one more year at the max. And Richie did slip a bit last year, portending a further decline if he played this year.
  10. It started in year one. A number of the new teams came up with good quarterbacks; we wound up initially with Bob Brodhead, as I recall.
  11. Regarding Donahoe: great with the Steelers, came to Buffalo, and lost it.
  12. Now you're talking. I assume you include as part of "processor speed," instincts.
  13. Does Buffalo have good tattoo shops?
  14. Because we won more games than someone else.
  15. He won't help because it's known as "Quartergate." Why the hell was EJ so bad? Sigh!
  16. You would only publicly indicate who you want if you're confident that everyone would think you're bluffing. But you may not be. It's all a big game.
  17. I've been saying it and will continue to buy that.
  18. If we use all our high grade capital to draft a quarterback and don't fix our OL (among other things), no matter who plays quarterback on this team will quite possibly be on IR in no time. If the building has weak support, no matter how fine the structure otherwise may be, don't build it; it will crumble.
  19. Agreed, but the "baggage" doesn't help OJ. For some it's possibly a subconscious negative factor.
