  1. Jot a fan of Eric Turner. He’s essentially a fan with website, if they brought him into WGR, no one would listen
  2. I am shocked the approval rating is so high. There have been many unhappy campers here the past few days
  3. I never liked this hire and still don’t. I was hoping that along with getting rid of Dennison, Cullen would go with him...or at least get reassigned. If I’m Terry Pegula, I really try to convince McDermott to consider hiring a legit QB guru to protect his investment
  4. Because many fans here have panned nearly every one his draft picks. Especially what he did in Round 1
  5. The same reason we have mock drafts and draft grades. It’s an instant reaction based on how you think he did, not how he did in actuality.
  6. The draft has come and gone leaving some Bills fans with a bitter taste in their mouth. Others are optimistic for the future. So after and off-season and draft, how do you feel about Brandon Beane’s job as GM. Remember you can vote yes or no, there is no middle ground.
  7. Just saying... there’s a word for a person who badmouths someone for hours and then when they have the chance to speak directly to them, they act nice. It’s called a coward
  8. So is Allen's issue footwork or mechanics?
  9. Never did....I just meant if there's one way positive to find about Allen - he scored very well on the Wonderlic
  10. Oh no....I don't think so either. I think most wanted Rosen at that pick. But rather than whinge like the folks at WGR fans are hoping for the best and trying to find any glimmer of hope. Here is one thing
  11. I feel like many fans are looking for reasons to get on the Josh Allen bandwagon, so here's something. Last month the alleged wonderlic scores were leaked. The Wonderlic test does not predict success or failure in the league, but I thought it might be fun to see where Josh Allen compares to QB's of the Bills past. This is a good article about this year's class, as well as the Wonderlic in general: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/early-lead/wp/2018/03/30/leaked-wonderlic-results-look-good-for-josh-allen-not-so-much-for-lamar-jackson/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.ec21930665f0 But remember, 50 points is the highest you can get. A 22 is a decent score. Anything about 30 is considered good. There's a few QB's that don't have a Wonderlic score on file. If you don't see a Bills QB on this list, that's why. So here's where Allen fits in: Ryan Fitzpatrick 48 Josh Allen 37 Drew Bledsoe 36 Brian Brohm 32 Girbran Hamden 32 Nate Peterman 32 Trent Edwards 31 JP Losman 31 EJ Manuel 28 Kyle Orton 26 Cardale Jones 25 AJ McCarron 22 Tyrod Taylor 15 Jim Kelly 15
  12. I listen to them too and you really are downplaying their comments. They literally spent the first hour complaining about the pick. I will post the link if you want to hear it again. Howard started the show by saying “I don’t want to be having these conversations this morning.” As they received worse and worse feedback they walked their comments back a bit by saying “I’m hoping he’ll turn out to be good, but I don’t think he will.” It was a very negative show, which is fine. They are entitled to their opinion - but just don’t pretend it was something it wasn’t. They spent all morning trashing the pick and Allen
  13. I think his bench press and 40 time might be a little better
  14. Completely different situation.
  15. Whaley doesn’t bug me. I think overall he was a sub par GM like Buddy Nix. The fact the a portion of the Bills fans believe he did a good job...that’s what bother me
  16. taiwan freakin Jones? He’s a special team guy
  17. Not a compliment. Be more positive
  18. TERRIBLE draft. All defense. We have too many holes to fill on offense
  19. Murphy is tough to listen to and so is Chris Brown. Chris won’t say anything negative about he Bills. I think overall Sal does a good job and I like his work. He does try to be honest about the Bills but it seems like he’s really careful with how he words things because of the relationship he has with PSE
  20. It sounds like most listen selectively like I do through the On Demand section of the app. If they have a good guest I’ll listen. I have a hard time hearing those two live. Probably my least favorite show on WGR
  21. I think you might be onto something. Both Jeremy and Sal had a chance to disagree with Sal and they didn’t.
  22. Ok well what about him debating Sal when he said the Bills gave up too much? He didn’t want to say anything when he had a chance to because he knew Sal would defend himself. It would have been great Radio. Instead he said nothing. Surprise
