  1. Weird. Nice to get 4.5 M though
  2. He was supposed to be a steal in the draft. Be a hammer. Be either the perfect complement to Motor or even oust him as #1. He's been as disappointing as DAvis as been a pleasant surprise.
  3. He has had very few passes thrown his way so it shows he is still doing a great job. But that penalty and then Poyer's, wow, that was DUMB. Two games in a row they are undisciplined. IDK what's going on, but they seem to have lost their mojo and focus. They don't look fiery even before the game begins.
  4. My point was certainly NOT that the gameplan was to have the Chiefs trample them on the ground, come on now LOL But Mahomes himself said they took what the Bills gave t hem, and again, with a more decent offense as the coaching staff could realistically expect, the Bills were in the game. They were close even by being blown out in the trenches on both sides of the ball.
  5. Don't count the Jets as beaten just yet. Any given Sunday... and even they must smell blood. At the same time, I think they are what the doctor ordered for the Bills to get their swagger back. It has been strange to see them look shaky and with no fire before the last two games even began. Weird.
  6. Zimmer at least made some plays. But ouch that clip doesn't make him look good, does it...
  7. Oliver made a nasty tackle on a run play. And... that was it. I don't recall if it was in the 3rd or 4th quarter but yep, nothing else. Hughes was a non-factor too. I'm not saying Zimmer had a great game but it seems only he and Addison made some plays on that DLine.
  8. KC is known for its long plays and quick scoring drives. You saw one today, besides the drive with the two DUMB 15 yard penalties? If that fumble at the end had indeed been a fumble, the Bills could have won the game! Think about it. The run D stunk to high heavens, but if the O had been just a tad better, the Bills could have won. So, yes, good defensive gameplan IMO. Expect that when you realize the DL can't do its job, run blitz, do something! They only did at the end and it worked.
  9. And no one was fired up on offense. Two games in a row. It's almost weird. They are not fiery, cocky, etc. as you need to be... and as they were. And yes the defense looks so vanilla. Sometimes you have to take risks. Sure you get burned, but players thrive on an attack mentality. BTW Kelce wasn't THAT open. Of course he was, but he basically almost always finds a way, it was usual numbers for him. Great offensive schemes in KC too. It was the run D that was horrendous, and that has been the case all year. But besides at the end, no run blitzes. Only the DL asked to do its job... and they needed help. Crazy that will all that, if it had been a fumble at the end, the Bills might have pulled it off!
  10. Where does that tradition to run as many plays as possible in a losing cause comes from? Here I'd understand as you know, onside kick, miracles and all. But you see that in blowouts as well. What's the point?
  11. Exactly He really looked bad doing that but that doesn't translate to sulking and turning into a diva!
  12. That run D is horrible but overall the defensive gameplan worked... if the O had done its part. If the run D is only a question of players and not of schemes and coaches, the Bills will be bled all year long
  13. If the offense had scored like the "2020 normal", it was indeed a sound game plan. Besides his run that was almost a 1st down, Mahomes looked like a star QB to you? Weird that a game with two such exciting QBs was average in the entertaining factor. Run D is horrible, and has been all season. Rin O is very suspect too. What was worrisome is that usually Josh had all day to throw and today he was hurried all the time. But the offense can play better, and no doubt it will. For some reason, Josh has lost his inner mojo the last two games. I mean his demeanor isn't the same. It seems more mental outlook than anything else. That offense needs to score as the D is getting scorched..
  14. He's not exactly rewarded, is he? No doubt in my mind that Singletarry is #1. But Yeldon has been way better than Moss (and even than Frank Gore last year) Yeah the mob is pleased with Murphy getting benched but I find it hard to think he couldnt have been useful for 20-30% of snaps instead of zero! Milano will be missed for sure, ouch. Is he really injury prone or has just been unlucky? Hard to tell, come on now.
  15. Rodgers has such an impressive track record, including this year prior to that awful turd of a performance. But... is it just me that could imagine the Josh Haters (tm) having a field day on here if, God forbid, Allen had such a bad game?
  16. As be said many times already, I get them seeing very little action, but not dressing them? OK so who dresses up that usually doesn't? Depth at the DL?
  17. Wow. It seems is the new player you guys love to hate? Inconsistent he has been, but he's good. Patience. That runs out, but not just yet!
  18. Allen pushed him like an annoying bug and THEN made the tackle too! Impressive Man, I feel bad for laughing at the Norman thrown out the door pick ha ha. Hey, guys, he's on our team! It's so weird how he had a stellar game one Sunday and then horrible the next!
  19. I hated that drop/INT of course, but thankfully the Bills players are tougher mentally! And they scored on their next drive too. If you have a feeling of doom after one bad play at the very beginning of a game... you expect perfect outcomes every time? I'm wary, know the importance of not blowing up opportunities, wish the Bills would crush an opponent for an easy on the heart game once in a while ha ha, but feeling doom, that they're done? Hell no Actually that first INT of Peterman's career was a pretty perfect pass. Dude couldn't get a break on top of creating his own messes.
  20. The illegal shift one got me steaming. It cost a TD! Sure they got it back so it didn't affect the game, but...how can they call that? Diggs was still going sideways, he didn't have to reset.
  21. It seems, at times, that to get in a groove, he needs the physicality of a had run, of some contact even. When things are clicking, don't do it but when he is shaky like yesterday, let him loosen up by letting him run a few times. Anyway, he has been money when throwing while running, so designed pocket shifts are a must.
  22. I'd like to disagree, and preparation is critical, but yeah, all the observations are spot on. From week 1 the offenses league wide were sharp, Titans seem better prepared, etc.
  23. They aren't busts in that they are that bad, just not what we'd expect from 1st round selections.
  24. Bell is good, he really is, but that Steelers OLine made him look way better than he is. They were that good. Bills OLine this year have been impressive in pass blocking but bottom of the barrel in run blocking. Bad fit, even though Bell is a good pass catcher. Of course, if he came free you take him ha ha. But this is not the case. You don't burn millions of the salary cap for a slight improvement.
  25. Edmunds is playing injured so I'll wait before saying that. But Oliver... yikes.
