  1. AS fans, of course we love Josh, Diggs and all of them. And it's not OUR money so let's gooooo. But with the salary cap... is this wise? That's always the flip side to these contracts.
  2. Man I love Josh. And so do we all. No jealousy among men for this kind of love ha ha
  3. All around classy by both guys
  4. Has Diggs publicly showed discontent, or is this a journalist made story to start s**t? Back when he signed the contract, he got a great deal. Not his agent's, his nor the BILLS fault a couple of WRs have made bank this month. It's very normal he'd want that kind of money too. But it wouldn't that he starts pouting, skip out training camp and so on. Win the SuperBowl first this season, THEN ask for more money or trade.
  5. All this makes us even more grateful for our current management and for #17 It's one thing to be beat by other teams. Another when a team implodes and beats itself (Texans, Browns, etc.)
  6. We men never outgrow our desire for beautiful young women. Yes, they acted sleazy ha ha. I'm not condoning it. Just that it's a biological fact.
  7. Indeed. Nice of the GF, but Knox put some effort into it too, for sure
  8. Since there are 17 games now, all teams could play one "neutral area" per year, and yet keep 8 home and 8 away games. Many US cities without a NFL team, Canada, Europe...
  9. Not that I disagree with you but we all love to know what's going on inside the team so I'm glad he spoke out, that I agree with him or not. At least we get a different POV.
  10. On ALL teams, you have unhappy players. Nothing new here. And indeed, if he clearly was better, the coaches would have played him instead. Sometimes though, you just don't see eye to eye with your coaches, or the role doesn't fit your skill sets. etc. and when you move you benefit. He sure did, and he's playing in the SB! But it doesn't mean McDermott was wrong. Just things that happen.
  11. Ha ha at the diaper bit. Big Bros always have that edge for life...
  12. It was the only good part of the Pro Bowl, but yeah I liked it ha ha. I only watched 1 minute and it was enough, I then waited for the highlights on YT. I was then waiting for this one so thanks.
  13. IDK why that is true, but it is. I mean, the players can sure pay for their own trips to Hawaii now ha ha. In the old days while they could it was quite the perk compared to the tiny bonus it is now. And somehow, we felt taken along for the ride just a bit.
  14. THAT's stil what bugs me the most. They took their timeouts yet still were not prepared. WTH
  15. While I agree with many of the takes, I also feel the Bengals are... plain lucky. Sure they deserve some of it, but damn, things simply are rolling their way so far. That trend could continue in the SB, but I wouldn't be surprised that this final was yet another blowout game, with them on the bad end of it (Rams being blown out would be a surprise though) The weirdly positive thing if they win, is that both Mahomes and Burrows would have a ring, so the pressure on Josh to get one will make him stay as driven as he is now.
  16. Of course it matters WHO would replace them, but I too agree that while I wouldn't mind seeing them return, I think they've contributed a lot of what they can do. The D, well Mc D has huge stamp on it. And for the O, Josh has now had time to develop well and learn a lot of what he could from Daboll. If they leave, the replacements WILL matter though. What I personally dislike are coaches that try to make players fit their systems instead of them fitting theirs around the players.
  17. Good summary Not THAT impossible, unlikely, "miraculous". But the Bills had way more chances to stop them than the other way around. And they didn't. I saw a comment on a Youtube that made laugh regardless of the hurt. That on Kelce's catch just before the FB the Bills players near him acted like he had Covid and they had to keep away...
  18. Didn't he already got a big sum to stay last year? It depends on if he's hired (doh) but also on what HE wants. Not true everyone wants to be HC. You deal with a LOT of other stuff than football as a HC and maybe he doesn't want that. Of course, maybe he does. I'm just saying not all coordinators want to be HC. I think most fans have been way too harsh on him, but Josh and McD have learned a LOT of what Daboll brings to the team in all these years. So his loss wouldn't be that tragic unless his replacement sucks.
  19. Cap juggling and restructuring will happen with many players. Stop singling out Beasley. I do believe he will be one of them to have to restructure or be gone. But we all know why some of you foam at the mouth...
  20. Because McD is sooooo involved in the defense, losing Frazier has less impact and may indeed have some benefits, picks being one of them. Daboll would be a huge change though. Anyhow, to me, if they stay, fine. If not, part of the game. The Bills will move on. Josh seems a leader enough to voice his opinions if a new OC is hired, and has learned 95% of what he could learn from Daboll, which makes it not that dire either. For all their failings, you don't get such stats as this year with bad coordinators!
  21. I got teary eyed when Allen hit Davis for an 18-yard TD on a fourth-and-13 with 1:54 to go. Nearly cried with the last TD. Then just got stone mad. Even my basically football hating GF couldn't stand what she saw. This so much felt like THE year for the Bills to win it all. That's why it was such a tough loss to swallow - and of course HOW it happened as well.
  22. The difference between winning and losing is already just a small margin. Tonight was a case of minute margins. So... just improve As usual, some players will leave, salary cap issues, some will slightly diminish because of age, some will regress, some improve, new draftees... So the Bills can still improve, no doubt, and maybe just enough to get over those damn Chiefs. But that's why you need to win games like TODAY, and why it hurts so much. With the Bengals instead of Tennesse, GB, Bucs... this year really did seem like THE year. Chiefs were the main hurdle, as expected in the offseason... and they remained so.
  23. Josh is the man. Sadly, so is Mahomes. It's better than Manning-Brady
  24. Yep. But players are humans. They know that if they win, the next game is at home, and let's face it, with an opponent that doesn't come with the same "aura" as the Chiefs, GB, Tennessee, etc. But they have to win THIS game regardless.
  25. Non-factor. How can there be more pressure than you lose you go home, or incentive to move closer to the SB? As fans though, it's an incentive! I of course 100% wanted the Bills to win. But to play the conference championship in front of home fans? Wow. And well, no GB, no Titans, no Chiefs (hopefully!)... the road to the SB is more open than ever!
