Look at what you just posted. The D is collapsing so you want the career defensive coordinator now HC to stick with the process that has lost three games surrendering over 100 points. All so he can play the 5th round rookie QB to evaluate the OC.

McDermott is a fraud. We have all seen this character and effort pitch before. It didn't work with Levy as GM. It didn't with Jauron as HC. McDermott spins a good yarn with all his process and learning opportunity non-sense. The reality is his coaching and personnel decisions have destroyed this season. Dennison and Castillo have destroyed the offense just as Rex did the defense. Why change the blocking scheme of the #1 rushing attack two years in a row? Glenn missed games last year and they could still run and put points on the board. I was fine with the Darby trade. But why move Sammy and Dareus? If Darby was a bad fit, they could have traded him for a pick or another player besides Mathews. I said before camp Preston Brown was terrible and he has proven to be that. Why is he on the field? They could have kept Z. Brown and let P. Brown go. And lets examine this idea of winning today and tomorrow? Outside of Benjamin, no move has made them better today. And as far as winning tomorrow, they now have less talent and more questions marks to address this off-season. They have not addressed RT. They have over-paid for a garbage FB and back-up RB. Clay, Gaines and Mathews are FAs. Lorenzo Alexander does not deserve starting minutes. And lastly, Vlad Ducasse is not even a quality back-up. The amount of bad decisions by McDermott and this staff are too much to forgive even giving him credit for Hyde and Poyer. Perhaps the most unredeemable sin of all is he somehow evaluated a team that gave up 500 yards rushing in two games and decided to start a 5th round rookie QB on the road while still in the playoff hunt. Absolutely inexcusable. And now he has lost the locker-room. The entire team knows they dumped salary and hurt the team's chances of making the playoffs when they traded Dareus for nothing. Now they know he has decided to tank the season by starting Peterman.

Where is the team's character now? Where is the effort? McD and Beane are jokes. You dont trade a ProBowl talent DT for a 6th rpund pick.

McD and Beane killed this team when they traded Dareus. This is a total tank job. KW should just quit and call out this entire organization

Because the offense was good enough to make the playoffs last year with an average defense. All McDermott had to do was rebuild a defense into average. Instead he has destroyed a top 10 scoring offense and #1 rushing offense. His defense created turnovers in bunches, but now can not stop the run and has never been able to get consistent pressure on the QB.

Depending on FA, they need to draft a MLB and no less than 4 linemen.

Dont repeat the mistakes of Whaley. The only direction they should trade is down. Benjamin fills a hole and who knows what they will do in FA. But they could draft 5 OL/DL and still not fill all the holes on the lines. Milano and,Humber hopefully are the OLBs of the future. P. Brown needs to go.

First it was TT doesn't throw over the middle. Then it is he looks to run too soon. Now it is he doesn't make quick decisions when he stays in the pocket. This coaching staff has proven they don't care about anything a player has done in the past. They start Ducasse over Miller, traded Sammy and Dareus, and let Gileslee walk. Don't you think if they thought Peterman was better he would be starting?

And the 12th thread about TT and the QB after the defense gives up 47 points and 300 yards rushing. TT was bad today. The play calling was terrible after the first drive. The personnel decisions by McD are awful. Why is Ducasse starting? Why is Tolbert the second RB? Why is Demarco on the field? Why is Lorax playing OLB? Why does Cordy Glenn get no criticism for missing games? Today TT was the 15th reason they lost. The first 7 were the entire Bills defensive front. 8th was whatever DB was opposite White. 9, 10, an 11 were McD, Rico, and Frazier. 12, 13, and 14 were Ducasse, Mills, and Dawkins. Then you get to TT. Yes no less than 15 other players coaches stunk it up today, but 90% of the threads are about the QB. This team needs to spend all four top picks next year on the lines.

Flying to LA this weekend for my birthday. Second row seats for Hamilton Satuday night and Bills game Sunday. A win against the Chargers will right the ship. Then a sweep of Miami and beating the Colts probably gets them to tiebreakers for a wild-card. An upset of the Chiefs or Pats and they will finish in the top WC spot. Have faith. We all knew they would blow some games but almost everyone had them losing to Denver and Atlanta.
