After listening to this podcast I think we need to trade KB and bring up a practice squad player to take his spot. Let's gets somebody that is hungry like Cam Philips. Him and Josh Allen seemed to have a good connection.

Josh Allen needs to learn to switch up throws. Not every throw needs to be a straight bullet. He should watch "Wanted" The curve bullets hit their targets also. Seriously. Josh has to learn when to put touch on a pass.

Us as fans also, how many people wanted Mahomes or knew about him. to draft him at 10 in the 2017 draft.

Nobody had Patrick Mahomes going in the 1st round 2017 draft. He landed in a better situation than Josh Allen in regards to coaching and skill players around him. Josh Allen has the physical tools and smarts to be a good QB. Andy Reid is one of the best QB developers in the game (Farve, Kolb, Foles, McNabb, Alex Smith) all had great seasons under Andy Reid. So I would not expect anything but goodness from Mahomes. Josh Allen will get there, his road to the top is different.

His coach is an offensive guru, he has weapons, he sat for a year and learned behind a veteran. If he would have came to blo how do you know he would've looked the same?

Marrone went to a situation where the Jags have 6 1st rounders on defense. And a bunch of cap money. Mc Dermott is rebuilding. There were times when Marrone teams in Buffalo we out matched. There should be no comparisons.
