I cannot stand this comment about the area when it’s thrown around. And it’s not some inferiority complex thing either. I genuinely don’t get it. Seriously, what do all these other cities that these guys visit or live have that Buffalo doesn’t? I don’t live in the area anymore, but I visit at least once each year and there’s always plenty to do. Excellent eats and breweries. Not overly congested. Night time entertainment. Outdoor activities. Museums. Shopping. Etc. Ok, so the taxes stink and winter weather can be tough occasionally - no palm trees as a certain cross town team GM would say - but so what? I’ve travelled and lived all over the country (including hot spots like Southern California and South Florida which always seem to be the envy of all these players) and Buffalo (and surrounding area) has everything you’d ever need and more. You’ve got to make the effort just like anywhere else you go to learn your surroundings. Maybe it’s the location of the stadium or where they live, but these guys just come off as a bunch of whiners when they make comments like this. Get out much?

Great win! The defense was beat up the entire second half and came in with 3/5 of the starting secondary out, so I can live with a lesser defensive performance. What I couldn’t stand, however, was the poor tackling. They have to get that fixed.
