I like this. Rapp has one year in the system, young enough, plays physical, and came on at the end of the season. Was probably going to be the Poyer replacement last year if it wasn’t for him coming back. Trust this regime at defensive back.

Tremendous.

Sad day. Love Tre. Complete revamp of the secondary. Meanwhile I’m out here like:
-
Hate Haack. Not the guy (don’t know him), but the player.
-
I think this McGovern to center thing is the exact type of thing you’d want out there if you’re the Bills and targeting a center in the draft.

Now this I don’t love.

Po was an absolute dog. Love the player and everything he’s done for the Bills. That said, as others have mentioned, it’s time to get younger and cheaper at the safety spot. Unlike some other positions, I trust McBeane unequivocally on anything defensive back related.

Really solid re-signing. Love that he’s back on a more than fair deal.

Quandre Diggs should be priority 1 in FA

I’d prefer an infusion of youth throughout the team (especially the defense), but safety and corner are the two areas I have complete trust in whatever McBeane decide. -
Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)

Thought the same thing. But, then again, we still don’t have a damn drone fly-through view like literally every other new stadium, proposed or reality. I just don’t get why that’s so difficult to provide. Makes no sense. Now this. Tease us with another 17 minute video where they dance around it. -
I like Bates, so I don’t love it, but I get it. Not going to get all worked up over a backup lineman. Take the pick and move on.

After yesterday who is your WR pick at 28?

If it’s not a trade up for one of the top 3 which seems pretty unlikely, and they are locked on taking a receiver in the first, at this point I’d probably think they are choosing between: Not Bloody Likely - 1. Brian Thomas Jr. - Like Thomas as the best fit. Does everything well, but I don’t think we stand a chance outside of a trade up. 2. Xavier Worthy - I don’t think he belongs up here, and should be a more realistic target for us, but people take chances early on that type of speed. See John Ross. Realistic Targets - in no particular order. 1. AD Mitchell - I think this dude has a ton of potential. A little like Thomas to me where he seems to offer you a little bit of everything. 2. Troy Franklin - Like his tape; didn’t love his on field drills yesterday, but probably had more to do with lack of familiarity with those QBs. He is also pretty slight of frame, but that doesn’t seem to matter as much these days. 3. Tez Walker - Love this dudes skill set. Explosive. Think in the right situation he can be a stud. 4. Ladd McConkey - Probably not a perfect fit, even though I think he can play more outside than people give him credit for, but this dude is a route running tactician. He just gets open. Everyone on here would love a more explosive cooper kupp type. Josh was even more amazing with a Cole Beasley in the lineup. Also, I’ll leave this here on a pretty amazing Ladd comp: -
Mike Evans to hit free agency (UPDATE: Re-signed by TB)

KC here he comes. -

Townsend is FA this year. He was a captain, but they can essentially move to his replacement on the cheap. Unless he’s gotten markedly better at it, it does nothing for them if Araiza is kicking from mid field and constantly banging it through the end zone. Where it obviously helps is flipping the field if they are backed up. Maybe he’ll screw up holding for Butker since supposedly that was the biggest concern they had with him going into that season.

Just wait until the Chiefs sign Mike Evans. This place will implode.
-
They don’t have the one guy who can go toe to toe with Mahomes like we do. Load up the O.

Stud returner, but no way he should’ve gotten in before Tasker. He’s been waiting his turn for an awfully long time.
