Strange indeed. He’s all we had on offense last year other than Josh and everyone knew it. Still made plays. I like Duke and his story, but Foster has done more in the league and for this team than him and McD still keeps him in the dog house. I’d like to see Foster get more opportunities to develop.

If true, WTH does this dude have to do to get on the field? I’m not going to argue results, but sometimes McD makes strange decisions. We get it, you’re trying to make a point with him, but give him a chance to play. Guy is super talented, and many have reported he appears to be more of a gamer than a practice hero.

Infuriating to me how inadequate we’ve been at RT for years. All indications are that Ford is a guard. I like Nsekhe at tackle but he’s old and been banged up since training camp and I don’t know if he’ll ever be healed enough this season to take every snap at RT. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he has a procedure at the end of the season. Something not right there.

As good as Jalen Ramsey is, I would be furious if Beane traded two ones for any player that isn’t a QB or out-of-his-mind dominant pass rusher like Khalil Mack. And even the pass rusher would leave me nervous. Corners are valuable, but no corner impacts a game enough to warrant that kind of draft capital. Not Deion or Revis. None of them. There are ways to work the offense around/away from a good corner. Happens all the time.

I’d completely forgotten about that! Good call out. When I look at him, something about him just doesn’t seem like a motivator of men. I’m sure he’s plenty smart enough as a rocket scientist or whatever, but he just doesn’t do it for me as the face and leader of my football organization.

Am I the only one unimpressed by the Lions? ESPN hype machine was going hard for this game. I look down and the Lions are 2-1-1. Look, I root for all of our misery-loves-company rust belt brethren unless we play them, but I don’t think Patricia is a good HC.
