Much appreciated. I’m not normally one for the language, but I’m at a loss for words. Pats never do anything wrong. Never mind that Jones stood over Josh and flexed after the hit. Replay showed that, but I guess intent wasn’t there to throw him out of the game.

I said it yesterday after the game, but enough with Zay Jones. Bob Foster shouldn’t be losing snaps to Zay any more. Outside of maybe run blocking, Zay offers nothing more than Foster. Foster’s speed keeps DBs on their toes. But I guess he hasn’t “earned the right” quite like Zay.

For whatever reason, it just seems like he continues to think he’s got to do it alone. He’s got a much better group this year, but he still plays too much hero ball. I like how aggressive he is, but in this league, guys are too good to get away with that crap. Why can’t he get rid of the ball faster? Isn’t that what every QB ALWAYS does to us? Some of it is on him and still learning, but some of it is most definitely on playcalling. Daboll did him no favors today. Especially in the first half.

Can we all just admit it already? Zay is a bust. Yes, he’s been dealt some bad QB’ing and overall poor offensive team mates, but I struggle to even see how this guy is a top 4 receiver on our team. Juju should’ve been the pick. Instead we had his former receivers coach at ECU in McDermott’s ear. Guy plays small, and not just physically.

Wow. And I thought with the 3 picks, Josh was losing this for us. Turns out, even with those picks he was keeping us in it.

I like the call to go for it there. No guarantee we get back down there. If Zay could make a contested catch or at least not knock it straight into the air, it’s a field position play if we don’t get it. Reward outweighs the risk to me.

Great, great drive. Looked like our normal offense. Can’t understand why we seemed to go away from what was working for us all season in the first half. Maybe something to what Cowher said at half that josh seems to get better as the game goes on.
