  1. All good dude! Football is back and the sun is shining a little brighter.
  2. I can’t bring myself to click on that.
  3. I voted Roberts. People slept on him. While he made an occasional frustrating decision to bring it out on kick off, that same aggression set us up with great field position on punt returns. Personally, I hope Stevenson is up to the task as a rookie. I like his potential as a receiver long term, but he’ll have to earn his keep as a returner more than likely to stick on this roster.
  4. This trade has been sourced and rumored for so long. Has to be some kind of record.
  5. Un-frickin-believable. Count me in as pro-Ertz, but a guy has his limits with these “reports”.
  6. What’s more interesting is that Miami has 2 corners in the top 10 and we beat the brakes off them last year. Love it.
  7. I guess I missed where Jordan “All there is to do in Buffalo is make babies” Matthews converted to tight end.
  8. Can’t tell if you are joking. You don’t think Allen is at least as good looking as Mahomes, Baker, or Rodgers? Adonis those 3 are not. Josh keeps it up, his time in the national spotlight is coming.
  9. Is Beas missing a tooth? Did I miss that update somewhere?
  10. I suppose to some degree. Happy for Thomas, but the guy had 110 targets last year to get that production. For comparison, Diggs had 166. Thomas was never getting those targets here. Teller on the other hand I’m bummed they traded. I get why Beane did it at the time, but it would’ve been great to have him here.
  11. I think some folks on here are underestimating Ertz. Has he had some injury trouble? Yep. QB trouble? You bet. But he came into the league the same year as Kelce and is almost the same age and has comparable stats. No one is suggesting Kelce is too old or washed. I’m not suggesting he’s Kelce good or that stats tell the whole story, but we’ve had a dearth of talent at the TE position for forever and I’d love to add his production to this offense. Especially, if it doesn’t require us to give up much.
  12. @Not at the table Karlos - Glad to hear all parties are ok. Are you saying you dropped Sanders off at the testing site and Josh and Dion were at the testing site too? PS - Not trying to turn this into a covid vaccine thread, as we have far too many of those that end up going off the rails, but just trying to understand your post better. I figured they tested at the facility and not a separate site, but I could be misunderstanding you.
  13. Anyone know the details on the draft-related giants story he was referring to?
  14. I still like Romo. Got a certain cheesy charisma. But, I agree that he’s seemed to tone down the great pre-snap stuff that put him on the map. I don’t think you play QB in the modern NFL for as long as he did and lose that knowledge over a couple seasons. Part of me wonders if it was ticking off the league, GMs, or coaches and the NFL told CBS and him to tone that down. Bummer if that happened.
  15. I’m actually a little surprised they haven’t brought Breeland back. He played pretty well in the two games against us last year. Wouldn’t think at this stage of the offseason he’d be an expensive signing.
  16. Completely agree. Gus was the man. Still remember this call. One of my favorites. Gus about had a stroke.
  17. Josh owns Miami. Sure, they could win, but as long as we have Josh, I’m never worried about them.
  18. Harlan has a great voice too. Just have to battle through Gannon at times (although even he’s not too bad). I think Ian Eagle is a little underrated. Even as the #2 team. His kid and Cris Collinsworth’s kid really creep me out though with how much they look and sound so similar to their dads.
  19. Agree on CD. Really like him. Ian Eagle is really good play by play too. I really miss Gus Johnson. CBS made a mistake with him. He’s great anywhere, but I think his talent is wasted only doing college games for fox.
