  1. Only Chiefs lineman I’m interested in hearing more about is Trey Smith. 🤪
  2. I agree. Gesicki has (unfortunately) developed nicely. Reason why I think TJ has a big year if he stays healthy is because the really have no one else in the pass game. Sure, receivers will get targets, but I think Goff will be looking for TJ early and often. Probably unlikely since the injury got him off to a slow start, but Tremaine might sneak in. Players seem to think highly of him. I thought one of the criminally underrated tandem of Hyde or Poyer may sneak in, but I’m not holding my breath on any of them with guys like Tre going 95.
  3. TJ Hoeckenson over Tre and Beas is bunk. At least where they are in their careers right now. Although, for you fantasy aficionados out there, I do think TJ is in line for a big year.
  4. I’ve been a fan of Stevenson for a while now. Unique skillset compared to the rest of our receivers. They don’t call him speedy for nothing. Guy has an extra gear. Long way to go yet, but if he keeps doing what he did tonight, no way they can get him through to PS. Also really intrigued by Hamlin. Hope the injury wasn’t serious because he was all over the place on D and ST. Very happy to see Rousseau show up like he did. We really need additional juice at DE this year to get to where we want to go. Hoping it’s him. Not worried about any of the other draft picks just yet. It’s game 1 coming off an unprecedented year. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and let them settle in. See how they do in game 2.
  5. Stevenson doing his best Andre Roberts impersonation.
  6. Pre injury he was being talked about as the 3rd safety and first off the bench in the event of a Poyer or Hyde injury. We don’t have Marlowe this year. Between Hamlin and Jaquan Johnson for that #3 safety. Pretty important guy if it’s him.
  7. Agreed. Our safety depth is a bit challenged behind Hyde and Poyer. And these depth corners aren’t looking so hot.
  8. Always painful watching the bottom of the barrel depth. Offense dies and defense gets pushed around a bit. Set your clock to that preseason routine. Cross your fingers someone makes a pick.
  9. Back just in time to miss the play and see Hochuli again.
  10. Damn. Aaron Glenn is their DC? I’m getting old man.
  11. Hochuli Jr. is a chip off the old block.
  12. Not good seeing Brown turned around and chasing his man.
  13. What’s with all these stretch runs with Williams? He’s to slow to get out there behind this line. Pound him up the gut.
