I agree. We are basically looking for a new head coach of the offense. He’s good and creative in the pass game. Former HC. Experienced play caller. I honestly don’t think McD is too torn up if Dorsey leaves. Not because he doesn’t appreciate him, but more because he’s never done it before.

Criticism of Nagy in Chicago was that he had a ***** passing game. Pep is interesting. What about Doug Pederson? He has connects to McD from Philly, right?

For feature back role? No. As a rotational piece? Absolutely. I’d like to see an upgrade in one or both of the size or speed department.

My comment was more tongue in cheek and a compliment to Josh. And slight to Jones. But…to call his own shots? Sure, why not. Same reason Daboll would even consider the Dolphins. AFC is loaded with young QBs that you aren’t avoiding no matter the division, with exception to AFC South. Depending on how you feel about Lawrence. Also, Raiders roster isn’t a tire fire. Carr is underwhelming to me, but you can do worse. Better than Jones. Who knows, they have connections to Easterby and Caserio. Maybe they go make a move for Watson. That roster with Watson is a contender with a few tweaks to the supporting cast.

Anyone surprised? He’s witnessed Josh’s career arc and has to combat him with Meh Jones. Like bringing a knife to a gun fight. He’s getting the F outta dodge.

Emotions still raw. I’m still gutted over this. How did that happen with 13 seconds? I see posts about firing everyone. That’s not happening, nor should it. But…I am getting a little sick of McD learning these tough lessons when it’s too late to do anything about it. That was a colossal coaching failure on the biggest stage. Have to imagine it’s tough for anyone associated with the defense to even look at Josh right now.

Was shocked they kicked it deep. That last 13 seconds was an embarrassment to defensive football. We let them off the hook. It was right there for us. And we let it go.

Defense wasted a golden opportunity. Completely let Josh down. Picked the biggest game of the year to not show up. #1 D built to beat the Chiefs my ass.

Gutted.
