Weeks 1 and 3 are most difficult of those 4 games. Weeks 2 and 4 we should be mostly fine. But again, I don’t worry as much about this staff’s ability to get the best out of its DBs.

Expected, but disappointing. Young cats will have to step up. If it’s one thing I don’t worry about with this team, it’s McD, Frazier, and Butler’s ability to coach up the DBs. I’d rather have Tre for the stretch run than game 1 (even with the tough start to the season).

Not terribly surprised after seeing him continuously playing late in preseason games, but I don’t love any of the options currently behind Knox. Can’t believe how much they struggle to identify TE talent/depth. Guess we’ll see if Morris is that guy.

Yeah, I think there’s no benefit financially so he may make it because of that. That and the other two competing with him are just as bad or worse. The Bills make it downright painful to find tight end talent. Took us forever to find Knox. Heaven forbid we have a good back up.

Steve Smith strikes me as one of those dudes who’s just really difficult to get along with in a personal setting. Like someone who makes just about every conversation uncomfortable because he has a strong opinion on everything.

I’m aware. The second string has been practicing football together for the past month. It’s not unreasonable to expect they look like it. I’m not looking for 2nd string skill beating first team skill. But a little coordination and enthusiasm would be nice.

I think she overplayed her hand with Amazon. They called her bluff and moved on. That said, while she may not be more visible from a content perspective, don’t underestimate that gambling $$$. More of these casinos and sports books are trying to get more involved from a media perspective. Especially now that they are finally becoming socially acceptable to the sports leagues. I read somewhere a while back that one of them (Caesar’s?) was considering going after Schefter before he re-signed with ESPN. Not exactly a media superstar, but I think that’s what Trey Wingo did when he left ESPN.
