I never liked Gilmore, not even when he was a Bill.. Just seemed like a really soft finesse player.. never liked to tackle or get physical and he looks like Milli Vanilli.. Didn’t want to stick around with the franchise that drafted him.. didn’t want to be a leader and help us turn things around.. Instead he went to a soft cushy landing in New England where all the hard work was already done.. Don’t like him, never have.. Didn’t want him to get injured.. I wanted Allen and Diggs to humiliate him.. Soft player, overrated..

He’ll probably be out of the NFL soon.. didn’t like him coming out.. But I do understand the temptation here.. Who hasn’t thought with their wrong head in the past? When I was 23-24, shoot.. I was in the bars every other Friday night too.. Needs to settle down with one girl.. Gotta look past just the sexual element with women.. they’re more than just TnA.. Should learn to care about women for who they are as people otherwise you can get in big trouble.. Losing 75% of what you own... child support..

The Chargers would be a great fit for Daboll because of Justin Herbert.. With the help of Daboll, Herbert could be a top 5 QB.. The Texans, Jets and Jaguars on the other hand are meh.. Texans have no 1st RD pick this year nor next year.. The Jets have terrible ownership and just a poor organization all around, very dysfunctional.. The Jaguars also seem to be a very meh organization.. I think Daboll would do well with Herbert and maybe Stafford.. Although the Lions just like the Jags, Texans and Jets are a pretty underwhelming organization.. I would totally understand if he left to coach Herbert though.. That would be a great fit for Daboll.. if not, I’d wait..

Herbert reminded me a lot of Allen coming out.. He’s not as athletic, his arm isn’t as big, he’s not as freaky but he is pretty athletic, his arm is very good and he’s a bit more polished.. he doesn’t have a generational arm like Allen but it’s very good.. Also reminds me quite a bit of Trevor Lawrence.. Great physical tools, but probably won’t sniff Allen/Mahomes territory.. Think Herbert/Lawrence are one in the same.. but if the Jets get Lawrence I do believe they will ruin him.. Probably talking a top 5-10 QB..

Absolutely.. He would absolutely get $50M on the open market.. Full agreement that players like Josh don’t hit the open market.. I’m hoping that we can offer him more guaranteed money for less of an overall cap hit.. 5yrs $186M with $125M in guaranteed money.

As far as a security blanket is concerned, Cole Beasley is just that. I think your RBs should be used as such as well.. but no doubt we need a TE... just not in the 1st round..

The problem with TEs is that they very rarely make it to 1,000 yards receiving or even 75 catches.. Surely it happens, but not a lot.. From a sheer production POV, I think WRs offer more production, which is why TEs are rarely taken in the first round.. 1,000 yards for a TE is elite, a 1,000 yards for a WR is decent.. Not saying that we couldn’t benefit from a great TE.. but I don’t think you necessarily need to go there in the first round.. If it’s really urgent I’d wait until RD2..

1. Daryl Williams - An above average RT but has had some injury concerns over the years but has been a great player for us.. Wouldn’t pay him top money but he certainly falls within that top 6-10 range.. I’d try an sign him to a 3yr $30M deal or thereabouts.. 2. Jon Feliciano - Good not great lineman, but physical. Ideally I’d like to see us re-sign him to play center for us and we move on from Mitch Morse. Feliciano gets a lot of push in the run game, think if you put him at center and you add a physical run grading RG, Buffalo would have a more effective running game. Don’t think he’d cost much, maybe $7M/yr. Josh Allen also happens to really like Feliciano which is a plus.. 3. Levi Wallace - Shouldn’t cost much, solid corner that can be had for cheap. Have no idea what his contract would look like, I just know it likely won’t be a whole lot. Underrated player, does a solid job, when he starts he is not a liability. Add another corner by all means, but Levi will provide fantastic depth.

You may be right, but even if it was racist, where do we go from here? This happened 5 or 6 years ago. When can a person move on from a mistake? Shall we just hold things over people’s heads forever? People change.

It all boils down to the racist tweet Josh posted on Twitter in high school.. really that simple. I was a punk kid once too, I made some mistakes as well.. But at what point do you let someone move on? When is the debt repaid? Guy said this 5 or 6 years ago.. When is it okay for us to move on from this?

Problem I have with women as coaches and GMs etc, is that they’ve never played the game. Have any of them played at a high school level? Let alone at the collegiate or professional level? Football players are wired to hurt people.. Many of these men are missing a screw.. Who wants some broad telling them what to do? Football is for men, not women. If a woman wants to coach, let them coach women’s football.

I’m not saying that Allen would have been a bust in Cleveland or with the Cardinals, Giants and Broncos etc. I’m saying that he would have been a giant bust with the Jets. That organization is rotten from the top down. Obviously there’d be good landing spots for him outside of Buffalo.. The NYJ not being one of them.

I know what kind of fan you are.. The second Allen has a poor showing in the playoffs you’ll be right off the bandwagon.. You know what they say about wrestling with pigs.. I’ll give you the last word.

Allen was a mess his rookie year.. Props to him, he bought into “The Process” and the rest is history.. Good coaching and a stable organization with GREAT OWNERS AND STAFF BENEFITTED HIM! I want to point out that I was flogged and beaten and slandered for having Allen as my #2 overall prospect in 2018 behind only Baker Mayfield. Get off me. I was his biggest fan on this board since 3 years ago. Lay off me. Many of you people just go with what’s hot at the moment and you miss out on the big picture. What you fail to realize is that the JETS organization is hot garbage and even if they DO draft Trevor Lawrence, HE WILL BE A BUST TOO. Go back to the draft threads from three years ago. I loved Allen before 99.9% of you. If he went to the Jets it would be over for him.
