Mason Rudolph has tiny hands
Victory Formation replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was big on Rudolph before, but now I'm jumping ship. Hand size is just as important as actual height for a QB. It's a big deal, if he is there in the 4th I'd take a look but I think I have to pass on him early on. -
Is Tom Brady better than Jordan?

Ok. Shooting guard, who gives a !@#$? -
Is Tom Brady better than Jordan?
Victory Formation replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd be happy if Jordan was remembered as the GOAT, Brady is a great QB but a total POS person. For that reason alone I hope fans still hail Jordan as the GOAT. Being a great player is not the only factor into being a champion. Jordan is a great person and although Brady played a position that was more intellectually demanding, look at Jordan's bank account, look at Brady's, Jordan is clearly the smarter of the two. -

When you factor in what it takes to be a champion, you may be right. Nobody likes Brady, he is a POS person. He is a good QB, that's about it. Michael Jordan to me embodies what a champion should be, Brady is the complete opposite. This is why Jordan built a billion dollar empire off of his good name and Brady's financial well will dry up the moment he retires. Good QB, rotten inside. From that perspective I think Jordan is all around the people's champion and Brady will forever be hated. Who was the better player though? Brady. -
Is Tom Brady better than Jordan?
Victory Formation replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'll be 31 in July. No disrespect to Jordan but PG is a lot less demanding mentally than QB. (Although Jordan is a very very smart businessman and I respect him immensely for that.) I like Jordan way more as an intellectual, as a person, as a human being, Brady could learn from the classiness, honor and integrity of Michael Jordan, but Brady is the best. As much as I hate who Brady is as a person, he is an amazing QB and the greatest ever at the most demanding position in all of sports. -

Without question Brady is better than Jordan no doubt whatsoever. Brady is the focal point of the most dominant dynasty in all of sports at the hardest position in all of sports. In basketball you rely on God given talent, at QB you use your brain and you get hit repeatedly by 300lbs dudes. QB is much harder on every level than PG. -

Where would Mahomes go in this years draft?
Victory Formation replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He'd go third, I think. -
The Teddy Bridgewater Thread

I've talked about him, I'd like it. He could compete for a starting spot, draft a QB high and let them battle it out. -
Kiper Mock Draft: Josh Allen #1
Victory Formation replied to Jamie Muellers Ghost's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Courtland Sutton is there at 21, you sprint up to the podium. And it's too bad he has Vita Vea going 19, he would be a nice fit for this defense. -
Yes.

Brian Daboll hired as new OC
Victory Formation replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He better get a hat for that bald head, it's going to be cold coaching the Bills in the playoffs, don't want him to catch a cold, maybe McDermott can give him some pointers on covering up or better yet he can take some of his bonus money and buy some Bosley hair implants. Or maybe since he worked with Tommy in New England he can ask him to send him one of those caps he wears with the fluffy ball on top. -

Although the idea of Brady's career ending after a Super Bowl loss would be satisfying but New England isn't a good matchup for Minnesota, I think Jacksonville would be the softer target for them. -
Is having a franchise quality QB essential for
Victory Formation replied to KingRex's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You have to factor in that from a sheer numbers standpoint for every good QB there are 50 bad ones. So yes, you can get deep in the playoffs with a bad QB but you're talking 1:100 odds. I'll always take the field over any golfer, even if it's Tiger Woods or Vijay Singh. So back to a football standpoint, will Tom Brady win the Super Bowl every year? No. But he still gives you the best chance but of course a Trent Dilfer or Doug Williams will sneak one in, but we are talking about Powerball odds. -

Your HC will be lucky to make it past 3 years without a franchise QB. -
Brian Daboll hired as new OC
Victory Formation replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Daboll seems like a no BS kind of guy though doesn't he? Very McDermott like in many ways. Really focused and motivated, all business mentality. QB coach, WR coach, TE coach. His track record with the Browns, I don't hold that against him, that's not his fault, nobody is successful in Cleveland. In Miami his offense wasn't terrible for what they had. Between Matt Moore and Chad Henne they posted 20:13 TD/INT, Reggie Bush rushed for 5ypc 1,000+ yards. If we get that Brian Daboll with even a slightly above average QB, we can be dangerous. Shady should have a career year as well. Wouldn't mind Derrius Guice in the 1st round to solidify that backfield. There's some good things there, obviously working with Saban and Belichick excites me. Did we just steal BB's replacement for McDaniels? I'm optimistic. I think he is one of us and not only that, I think he fits in perfectly with our coaching staff, he'll fit right in here. -
I'll be first to ask: Would you fire Mike Tomlin?
Victory Formation replied to Ennjay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not a chance would I fire Tomlin. -

I want to see Doug beat the Patriots and then watch JAX lose the Super Bowl. -
Mularkey now out in Tennessee as HC
Victory Formation replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He has the right stuff to be a good QB. He needs a mentor, Mariota is an accurate QB and an intriguing protege to some coach out there. I don't think McDaniels is the right guy though, McDaniels would win a Super Bowl or two with Luck. -

Victory Formation replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is probably the best thing to ever happen to Mariota. A talent like Mariota deserves a 'real' coach. I don't care what anybody says, Marcus Mariota is a top shelf talent, he needs someone who can develop him. -
Pats DC Matt Patricia to Lions, per Albert Breer

I hope McDaniels goes to Indy because I am a huge Luck fan. I think Luck and McDaniels would be really good for the NFL.
