  1. I think the loss of a young and healthy Beasley is what poisoned Josh Allen last year. He missed having that smart trusty receiver that can get open underneath and find soft spots in zone coverage.

I’m not saying that Shakir is not the guy nor am I saying that Crowder is either, but Buffalo sorely needs competition at slot receiver. I wish we had a time machine and we could bring back Cole Beasley in his prime because that’s exactly what Allen needs.

Best to ever do it.  Maybe the greatest champion in the history of sports.

It pains me to say it but you're right. The truth is the truth. Bellyacher Bill Belichick hasn’t done a thing without Tom.

  3. Usually I am firmly against us drafting a RB in RD1, but this year I am not. I’m ok with us taking Bijan Robinson or Jahmyr Gibbs RD1.

A bell cow 25-30 carry a game RB would take a lot of pressure off of Josh and having an elite RB at a low salary would free up money for us in other areas.

I love Singletary and I also like Hines but I think we need that money for other areas, unless Hines would be willing to take a pay cut because I doubt Singletary will, he will no doubt be looking to get paid.

Zach Charbonnet in RD2 would be a good get as well or even Kendre Miller in RD3.

Anyways, I think WR or a bell cow RB pushes the needle forward for us the most on offense, but no doubt we need a few linemen as well.

  4. Too old and how many Super Bowls did he win with HOF QB Drew Brees?

And regardless how I feel about this coaching staff (I agree with you) I don’t think Terry is ready to move on from Beane/McD. I don’t see it happening.

  5. In this order:

    1.) Coaching

    2.) OL

    3.) WR

    4.) RB

    5.) S

    6.) LB

Give Josh all the help he needs on offense. With this coaching staff we would need a HOFer at every position on defense for us to succeed, even then we would probably play in a weak prevent cover 4 defense 10-15 yards off the ball. Defense is a lost cause.

Depends how well he shows he can move.  He is HUGE, but can he move well enough?  He is probably too tall to move to G.

One of the benefits of being 6’8 is that his wingspan is huge. Meaning, if he even gets one hand on a speed rusher, it’s over. And As a lineman, how athletic do you need to be? Pretty much any D-lineman you put in front of him will get handled, it’s almost not fair.
