  1. Not a bad plan if you walk away with an extra 2nd and 3rd and still walk away with Marquise Brown on a cheap 5 year deal.
  2. Don't forget you got Marquise Brown, AJ Brown, Metcalf, Harry, Johnson going ahead of him. First WR will probably come off the board in the mid teens. How many go in the 1st-2nd round? Maybe Campbell can sneak into the late 2nd. Maybe he slips to us RD3?
  3. I'm not an expert but I do consider myself informed. Parris Campbell should go in the 3rd at the earliest and that would be after the combine and all that jazz. I do like him though.
  4. 1.) Nick Bosa, DE, OSU 2.) Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama 3.) Ed Oliver, DT, Houston 4.) Greedy Williams, CB, LSU 5.) Jonah Williams, G, Alabama 6.) Jeffrey Simmons, DT, Mississippi State
  5. Everywhere I've looked he's a 4th round prospect. Could rise though.
  6. If we stay put give me one of the DTs, either of the top 3 will do. Ed Oliver RD1 followed by Anthony Johnson RD2. The key is we need to sign 3 FA OL otherwise BPA is impossible.
  7. I'm hoping we go NKeal Harry or Marquise Brown in either a trade down from #6 or with our 2nd. Anthony Johnson from Buffalo in RD2 would also be a nice consolation prize if we miss out on Harry or Brown. Follow up with Parris Campbell with our first RD4 pick. Worst case scenario is we walk away with Johnson and Campbell and I'm damn cool with that. I think Johnson from Buffalo would beat out Zay eventually for that #1 job. A guy like Campbell would be a nice #3 with potential to grow. Either way I don't think RD1 has to be WR. RD2 though definitely.
  8. I'd love it if we hired him as QB coach. DeFillippo could be a guy that could eventually rise through the ranks here especially if Allen has a monster 2019. Daboll will get hired for a HC job pretty quick.
  9. I think #6 should be Jeffery Simmons, Quinnen Williams or Ed Oliver. We need an elite front 7 guy. Pickup a C and G in FA and we'll be in a good spot to take one of these guys. Kyle could come back in 2019 and rotate behind them. Take like 3 OL RDS 2-5.
  10. Some needs such as RT will be hard to fill in FA. We will be drafting a new RT fairly high. Go guard and center in FA. Ramon Foster and Matt Paradis would be the best posible outcome leading up to the draft. There is good OL depth RDS 2-5 so if we need a couple of OL there we're in a good position to take a RT and G there. We're picking top 10, if BPA is a DE take them. No bones about it. We lack something on D. Ferrell, Allen and Winovich. Those guys would be great in BUFFALO.
  11. Anything is possible for Foster. I said he could be an electrifying #3 to now I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes our #1. He's a raw prospect, good thing is coach Robiskie is a good NFL coach and this is what good NFL coaches do. Mouse McNally did the same thing with Jason Peters. So long as Foster listens to Robiskie he'll develop into a good player, the talent is there.
  12. Defense needs a top corner, a LB and an EDGE. We get those things we can be special.
  13. Barkley is a good backup QB. He can win us a few games if Allen went down. I wouldn't mind someone in the 7th though.
  14. Bring him onboard, he can work for Beane.
  15. FA: rb1, rb2, wr1, C, OG Draft: WR, TE, G, T, DE, cb2, LB
  16. I hope we move away from having a feature back and simply go RB by committee. I'd rather have the 55th and 56th rated RB signed to 4.5m each than to have a top 10 RB for 10m. Cost less money, more production and if one of your backs go down you just increase the work load on the other one. More carries to play with too. As much as I like LeVeon Bell I'd rather pair TJ Yeldon up with Tevin Coleman for way more production and less money. Grab two #2RBs and just rotate them.
  17. If the Bills play their cards right we could easily lead the league in rushing and I think Allen can be a 4,000yd passer on top of it. 2019 should look a lot different than this year. There's a million different ways to spend that 90 million and 10 draft picks but we can be a playoff team if the right moves are made.
  18. I'd love it if we signed TJ Yeldon and or Tevin Coleman to come in and run behind these lines.
  19. EJ Manuel is the opposite player of Josh Allen. EJM checked down over and over and never made big plays. Josh Allen makes tons of plays but struggles to check it down. They're completely opposite. The difference is that for EJM to develop he must make more big plays than he is capable of. For Allen to develop he must learn the mundane and tedious side of QBing, the boring B word work that any 7th round QB can learn.
  20. It is true and Allen is a smart QB so there should be no red flags going into this. Absolutely no proof that Allen will not develop, there is more evidence to support Allen being a good QB than a bad one. I think you've just been crushed over and over from previous QBs that you're a bit hesitant to be supportive of new ones.
  21. Once again, the good news for Allen is that the areas he's weak in areas that typically NFL veterans become proficient in over time. Allen can throw a 75yd strike to Robert Foster but he can't hit a 1yd RB screen? It'll come. As far as deep plays I think he's done more than you give him credit for. Foster has almost 400yds at 24yac. Zay Jones almost had a 3 TD 120yd game. He's making plays. Allen will become a manager in 2019 or will at least show development in that area next year. Every NFL QB should should should show growth here year after year. What you can't teach is the 45yd runs or TD passes thrown on a dime.
  22. He does indeed project as a G or RT, but I think he could help us at LT if we put him there. Certainly better than Dawkins. Will he be a 10x Pro Bowl player? No. LT. Jonah Williams LG. Dion Dawkins C. FA/Paradis/Morse RG. Teller/rookie RT. Rookie/rookie id at least expect a unit that can get stuff done.
  23. Bring Mills back on a 1yr deal. Draft a RT RDS 2-3.
  24. If he goes to G I think it would help us more. If we draft a LT and RT we upgrade 3 OL positions with 2 picks. Dawkins would be an All Pro LG. Sign a center in free agency and we're doing ok.
