I don’t know who would trade for him or who wouldn’t trade for him, but for me, I wouldn’t trade Josh for 5 first round picks. I’m happy with his progress, although I think Baltimore is going to destroy us, overall, long term, I believe we found ourselves a franchise QB. I’d put him in the top 10 with an absurd amount of growing room. I think his 3rd year will show who he really is as a QB.

Everybody keeps saying that 2020 is the year to draft a WR. Stay the course. Our organization is like a big family from Pegula to the players and down to the fans. We don’t want to risk destroying that culture over one bad apple. So far I like Jalen Reagor out of TCu. Should be there at 32.

Is a big bodied WR really a huge need? I mean, we have Knox for that. Seems like Allen does better with speed guys. Quickness and acceleration creates separation and bigger windows. It seems to me that the 6’5 4.4 WRs never make it out of the top 10. They’re unicorns. Much of the time you’d be hard pressed to find a single one in the draft. If we want another big bodied receiver I’d look towards drafting another TE so we can run two TE sets like New England did with Gronk and Hernandez. This also creates more opportunities in the running game for Singletary as there is more bigger bodies on the field to block. Regardless, let’s not get caught up in the height of these prospects. If a smaller guy can ball, give me speed every day, all day.

Realistically, what does a Shaq Lawson contract look like?

I think you beat the Cowboys by playing man coverage and blitzing Edmunds and Milano frequently and often. Force Dak to beat you with his arm. I think you leave TreDavious on an island while giving Levi extra safety help. Key is to remove/limit Zeke as much as possible. On offense I think you pound the ball and execute lots of play action. It looks like LVE is out so I think Singletary should get 20-25 touches to set up the play action. I’d like to see us take some shots deep and take the top off the defense. Lots of sweeps and short crossing routes to Beasley, Foster and McKenzie.

I’d like to have Johnson back up Shaq and maybe bring in somebody via draft to groom behind Hughes.

Losing a Super Bowl could reverse the culture change here. Psychologically it’s very hard for players and coaches to overcome. Seems like teams that lose a Super Bowl explode and never make it back.

I think they’re giving up on him too early. Or perhaps Rudolph really did use a racial slur and Tomlin is pissed? Either way I see an obvious win here and an obvious win against the Jets. That should be enough to get us in the playoffs. Even better if we can beat a team like Baltimore, New England or Dallas. Gotta get Gore and Singletary going though and Allen will have to continue this upward trend, generally speaking.

Miserable as always, but I felt good about the Bills. I feel for once in a long time we have our franchise QB. I still like our chances at getting in the playoffs and when that happens, who knows?

Jadaveon Clowney opposite of Shaq would have been pretty darn intimidating but I don’t think Clowney wanted to be here. Ideally I’d like to see Shaq signed long term with Darryl Johnson backing him up. Draft a rookie high and put him behind Jerry Hughes, let Murphy go.

It will be interesting to see what we do. Beane has a track record of not overpaying for players. It will all depend on how Shaq finishes out the season. If he finishes with 8 or more sacks I think Buffalo will move to re-sign him long term. I think it would be wise to let Murphy go and to extend Lawson but he must finish strong.

For the most part I didn’t hear Von’s name called. That tells me Ford did his job. Maybe he will be a solid RT after all. Or at least it temporarily shuts down the notion of him being moved to RG talk.

He’ll be the highest paid corner and I think it’d be wise to pay him a year early, he’s worth it. Might as well sign Shaq and Jordan Phillips as well. Same goes for Feliciano and Spain.

I think this will be a tough tough game for us.

Singletary and Allen for me. I think the wind caught that Josh Allen INT but overall I thought he played good football. Singletary is not a power back my ass, he is a young Frank Gore.

I think our defense will win this one for us. I don’t expect Allen to have a big day, he just needs to play mistake free football. We gotta get Singletary and Gore going, I think our running attack should be the focal point of our offense. Designing some run plays to get Allen involved would be a good idea as well. I think we win this one 20-13.

I like Jalen Reagor. Not a mass monster but in the mold of Lee Evans. I think you put him opposite of Brown and all of a sudden Beasley, Knox and Singletary have a nice fluffy cushion to play around in underneath.

Only way to respond is by torching them.

Or maybe Allen is better than we give him credit for. Perhaps he’s zeroing in on Brown because no one else is getting open. At the very least you draft an heir and put him in opposite of Brown and let it play out. Either way we need another big time WR.

I’m not a detractor, I have been firmly behind TEAM Allen since the day we drafted him but this stretch coming up after the Broncos is tough, it’s definitely a bad neighborhood to be in. We need to see Allen sprinkle in a few more games like this one. Good job though.

Disagree completely on our OL, our running backs are highly productive and Allen has had pockets to throw in more often than not. I think Allen’s nerves need to settle down a bit and our receivers need to do their jobs. Morse can be very good, although he could be bad if his injury history bites us in the ass. He’s a better center than Eric Wood was. Feliciano is a guy I like a lot. It would be wise to add a few years onto his existing contract with new money. Dawkins is an average LT and I wouldn’t want to pay him big money but for a guy on his rookie contract he’s adequate. Overall I think our OL is extremely talented. Once again I think our receivers need to get open and our line will look better. Spain, Ford and Nsekhe are average but I think Ford would be a great LG. Could use a stalwart at RT but overall not bad.
